+ -1 moreKiel was honest and professional, Kiel could have easily sold us a new furnace which our usual company has been trying to do for the last two years. When we are ready to replace it, it will be All-Ways Air that will get our business. Our whole family can sleep better at night thanks to Kiel. Plus we feel much better knowing more about carbon monoxide and having detectors in the house.
Description of Work: We called this company and spoke to Michelle on the phone. Michelle was extremely polite and got us scheduled for Kiel to come out. This gentlemen was professional and very informitive. All we wanted was an inspection on our gas furnace. We get an inspection every year and have been suspicous of what we have been paying for. Kiel used tools we have never seen before from our usual company. One of those tools he used proved that our unit was producing alot of carbon monoxide. After Kiel explained to us about carbon monoxide, he recommended we get our chimney checked first, before we do anything else, to see if it was a venting issue or if the furnace was the problem. Our Chimney was old so we just had a company run a liner down the chimney for better venting. We had Kiel come out for additional $85 to recheck the furnace and found normal carbon monoxide levels. Kiel was very concerned about us having carbon monoxide dectors. Our total cost from All-Ways Air was $195.00.

+ -1 moreI found Kiel's add online. During our initial call he took the time to explain what the problem could be based on the description of the problem I provided. He confirmed his diagnostic fees as they were detailed in his add. I explained I had a tenant in my rental property; he took the tenant's name and phone number handled all the coordination the next day. My tenant and Kiel both called me to explain the initial diagnostic and how the incorrect thermostat was installed preventing the backup electric heat from kicking in when it got really cold outside. After giving Kiel the approval to install the thermostat, he already taken it upon himself to clean the heating coil at no charge and note the size of the filter required for the unit. Upon completion of the job Kiel called to discuss what he had done, and I confirmed everything with my tenant. The process was smooth, professional, and extremely helpful. I would definitely use Kiel's services again.
Description of Work: The heater in my condo was not heating above 65 deg. Kiel installed the correct thermostat, cleaned a dirty heating coil and replaced a filter the day after my initial call.
