+ -1 moreFrom the day I first called Pablo, the whole process was done in one week. I have used Pablo's services for over 10 years, and he is very knowledgeable and professional. He is honest, and reasonably priced. His English is great. I have used Pablo's services for about 10 years now. Whenever I have any heating or AC issues, I call him. He is reliable and does not disappoint.
Description of Work: Pablo Gonzalez, the owner of All Around, installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my home in 2012/2013. He did a great job, and the heat and air conditioning had been AWESOME! I never knew the house could be so comfortable. Then as the weather got warmer this spring, I realized the AC was not working. Pablo came out right away and diagnosed that the blower motor on the AC unit had gone bad. He ordered a new motor under the warranty of the HVAC unit I had purchased in 2012/2013, and installed it.

+ -1 moreAll Around is owned by Pablo Gonzalez, who personally peforms the work (along with his helper). I got 4 quotes from different Heating and AC contractors. Although Pablo was not the cheapest, he was competitive in price. He has serviced my heating and A/C for about 5 years, and installed a larger blower motor and humidifier in a previous home. He always did a great job. The reason I decided to hire All Around for the new furnace was because Pablo has brains, knows his trade, and will do the job right. So even though he was not the lowest cost provider, it was worth it to pay a little more to be confident that the installer was honest and competent. There is the consideration that with All Around is that Pablo may get busy, in which case it can be a few days before he has time to get to you. He speaks good English and Spanish. He was not as polished in the sales presentation as some of the other contractors. Ultimately I decided the sales presentation didn't matter very much since the other salesmen never perform the installation work themselves (except for Pablo). Getting different quotes did educate me. One contractor told me the installation person would have a journeyman's license, and an apprentice would work with him. With All Around, Pablo has a master level license, which tells me he knows what he is doing. My experience is that All Around Heating provides outstanding value for the cost. I got a master level tradesman who personally did the work and can price things reasonably because he has low overhead. Whenever I need anything for heating or air conditioning, I just call Pablo and can trust that he's giving his honest and competent opinion.
Description of Work: I needed a new furnace - the old one was 19 years old and broke down last spring. I could have kept the old AC, but after getting 4 quotes and considering that I plan to stay in the house for another 10 to 15 years, it made sense to replace both. All Around Heating and AC put in a new 4 ton, variable speed gas furnace with a duel fuel heat pump, and new AC (15 SEER).
