Our first experience ended in the scop of work being less than estimated and a refund was issued. We felt they were very upfront and honest. They could have recommended a new roof, but just replaced or tacked down existing shingles. The fix for our leaking sliding glass doors and windows was very easy. The second visit went much the same way. We had lost a couple of pieces of siding during the hurricane. They very quickly replaced them. No fuss, no muss.

They were wonderful to deal with. They came when they said they would - gave me a very reasonable estimate and got the work done sooner than they said they would. Highly recommend.

I was home this time and it is the little extra things you see makes you want to continue business with this company. I reported that I was getting water above a door and the one of the guys grabbed a hammer climbed 45 feet up and tapped in the gutter where the water was dripping. As always they did a great job cleaning out the gutters.

Although we have had All American Home Services clean out our gutters for the past two years, we originally hired them to install new gutters and downspouts on our home in 2010. We are still very happy and pleased with their service! On November 17, 2010, All American Home Services, installed new gutters and downspouts on our home. The end result is amazing! Their customer service and work ethic is beyond excellent. From the first call to their office, until the completion of the project, and their follow up call regarding our satisfaction with the work the day after, everyone, everyone, was so friendly, helpful and professional. They made us feel like we were family! How wonderful to find such a personable company with true integrity, these days. All American Home Services, Inc. definitely goes the extra mile and beyond! During rain storms, rain ran over the sides of our old gutters, between the soffits and gutters, and through gaps in the gutter joints, in other words, pretty much every place except actually into the gutters. We sought a number of opinions and estimates and liked this firm's approach and cost. They installed new 6" gutters on an upper and lower roof, two additonal downspouts to drain the water from the upper to lower roof in a more orderly way, splash guards in 2 key locations further help direct water to the gutter, and leaf guards. They were able to re-use all of our other existing downspouts. Having had a few rain storms since installation, we can happily report that the new gutters work beautifully. As well as being effective, the new 6" gutters (compared to old 5") look much better proportioned to the house and they took care to match the color to the existing downspouts.The crew was very pleasant, and worked incredibly hard during one of our hotter summer days. Scheduling installation with their front office was very easy and prompt following our initial appointment with them to provide an estimate.

Thomas came out to the house and did the estimate within 4 days of my call to schedule. He walked thru everything that would be done, and answered all the detailed questions that we had. We decided to sign a contract that day. The roof replacement began 5 days later and took 2 days. The foreman, John, introduced himself and the work began. Because there are 2 other townhomes on either side of my neighbor and myself, there was some debris that floated into the other neighbor's patio. The team was right on top on it and cleaned her patio. To insure she was happy with the result, the owner of the company came out to personally speak to her and insure the cleanup was to her satisfaction. I appreciated them going the extra mile and working with her directly. My neighbor and I were both delighted with the results.

All American came out within a day of our calling and gave us an estimate which was very competitive with the other two I got, plus they could do the work the next week. We were very pleased with their services. Their staff called us 2-3 times to be sure we got scheduled for both the estimate & repair; the guys came when they said they would. The patch matches the rest of the roof and they cleaned up everything afterwards - you cannot tell we ever had a problem. We expected to get good service because they had so many good ratings on Angie's list, but they exceeded even those expectations! We would absolutely use them again.

I had watched these guys replace my neighbor's gutters a while back and was really impressed with their speed and attention to detail. When the time came for me to get some work done on my own house, they were the first people I called. Thomas, who did the estimate, did a thorough exam to make sure that nothing was being overlooked. He was a little late due to traffic, but he finished up while I ran off to do some errands and I had the estimate by the next morning. In the process, he found some fairly serious damage to my chimney, which he called to discuss with me. That repair ended up being the more costly portion of the work done. Thomas also gave me a good idea of how much longer I could expect my roof to last and pointed out some exterior painting that was needed--this was also very helpful. Since I had been prepared to spend somewhat more on having this work done, I went ahead and selected All-American to do the work right away and they scheduled the work within a week of the estimate. All-American replaced most of the gutters and downspouts on my house. They very honestly explained to me that some portions of my system didn't need replacing. They also rebuilt most of my chimney and repaired the flashing around the base. All the work was completed within a day and they left the premises neat and tidy when they were finished.

They really did a good job. They had the right people on the job. The guy coordinated it early and told me what they were going to do and got it done great. They were on time and the price was reasonable.

Representative came to inspect and provide an estimate. They were right on time. The representative inspected the roof both inside and out. He then provided me an estimate to replace the gutters and install gutter guards. That night I got a call to schedule work for the next day. The next day the new gutters and gutter guards were installed. The work was done very professionally, they took all of the old material, and cleaned up the entire site.

They are very good and professional.

I was wowed by their service. They worked in very hot temps, and they did not slack off or stop. Their price was excellent, and my home now looks brand new.

They were excellent. They were on time; courteous, clean and picked up all by themselves in fact they left my yard better than what they found it before. They were wonderful and I would definitely use them again if I had to.

We decided not to use them. Their estimator was very aggressive and we felt that the prices were very high. So we did not use them. We felt that they were steering us towards the most expensive job even if it was not necessary. The estimator was kind of bragging about what they had done. We just did not like them. We ended up using someone else. Their quote was so out of line. We could not pin the estimator down on what it would cost. When we asked how much it was going to cost he would only say that it all depends on how we wanted to do it, it could cost $15000 or it could cost $50000. He gave us his card but we did not call him back because we thought he was off his head. It was very odd. We could not go into this process without knowing how much it is going to cost and we cannot compare it if don’t have an estimate. That is why we did not proceed with him. As for punctuality the estimator was an hour late. As regards professionalism he did not do what he was supposed to do. He is an estimator and he did not estimate. If he had given us an estimate and if it was reasonable we could have gone ahead with the process but that is as far as we went with them. I suspect that this estimator has left the company. However we will not be using this company again in the future

They had to take off our old roof and gutters and replace them with new ones. The quality of the work was very good. They were very consciencious and detailed oriented. We were very pleased and would use them again.

Everything went spectacularly. He was very conscientious. In the beginning, it was rocky because he was ill, but once he was healthy and got back to me, everything went well.

Because we were able to complete some of the finishing work (painting) ourselves, the contractor was willing to reduce his price. We had warm enough weather for the installers to complete the work in a normally cold January.

It went quite well. I'm waiting for the rainy season to make sure that everything works, but it appears that everything they did works out well. They cleaned up very well. The work crew was really polite, and they told me exactly what they were doing as they were doing it. I was quite happy with them. It appears that the work was good. The price seemed a little high, but you get what you pay for. They were right on time.

Their estimate was overpriced by about $1,300 on a $700 job. The rep was pushy and tried to overuse a scare tactic.

Their quote was not the lowest but was an average price of the companies we spoke to but we thought they were the most professional so we hired them for the work. We also felt they litened to us when we talked about our concern of our current soffits being an entry point for squirels, and the product they proposed seemed like the best solution to address that. There was a slight delay in the start date due to waiting on parts and then weather, but they called to inform us as the schedule changed. They did a great job on the new gutter and replacing the soffits, although we had not made a point to ask they made a custom fit to a drain spout in back, so I felt it was good attention to detail. Cleaned up completely after they were done. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend

The gentleman was very pleasant to work with. He didn't seem pushy at all. I had a good quote experience with them.

I'm still wondering what happened to the bid and this representative and how come I never heard from them again. It's not a problem for me because there are other companies out there that did an excellent job of estimation and providing a bid so I'm not desperate to call this company and inquire what happened. The representative was very knowledgeable though so if you are willing to follow through with the company to get a response, it might be worth hiring them. I, however, will not be hiring them.
