Description of Work: The materials and installation were first class. We did have some resolved differences or at least a misunderstanding on my part with respect to what coverage was to be. We discussed the difference between contract language and perception and reached and professionally reached an amicable disposition. I would recommend this company for their service and quality of workmanship and remind myself that it is important to make sure the contract words and discussion are precise and the same so that you do not misperceive. I would use them again and in fact have solicited additional work from them to address the difference. d

Description of Work: They put new gutters on my house and aluminum wrapped my porch and front door trim. I thought the price for aluminum wrapping was a little high, but after I saw the work they did I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Repaired soffit and gutter.

Description of Work: I had Affordable Quality Roofing, remove snow from my roof. I had an emergency situation with water coming in at night under a window and damaging carpet and ceiling below the room. They were very responsive and cleaned off the roof. They also cleaned the sidewalk in the front of the house and were very kind and made a pathway to the downspout to the gutter in the front of the house. Affordable Quality also reroofed the house, replaced the siding and gutters after the hailstorm in 2000. The work was down very professionally. I will be having them check the siding on the house in the spring.
