From scheduling to receiving a quality report, Affordable Quality was extremely easy to work with. After I scheduled the appointment, all I had to do was wait for the thorough assessment report to arrive in my inbox.

The shingles were delivered early on Friday morning. The workers also arrived early. They started right in working to tear off the old roof and put on the new. Everything seemed to go really well. The only complaint I have is that when the workers were done they did not come to the door to let us know they were done or have us walk around the yard so we could see that all the debris was cleaned up. Overall the experience was good. Larry who was the salesman was very professional and very nice. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Larry was very professional and gave a very accurate estimate. He even let me keep the sample shingles so that I had time to decide on the color. He made the extra effort and dropped by the next day after the initial estimate because he did not have a me the proper booklet on the shingles on his initial visit. Once I signed the contract Chris contacted me to schedule the install. Chris was a great communicator and did a good job to keep me updated on the ordering of materials and the install. The installers themselves were very punctual and worked fast. They arrived at 7:15 am and were finished by 1:30 pm. They did a good job with cleanup and I still have not found a single nail. After the install, Ed came to my home to spect the roof. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a few concerns about the new roof (all very minor) and he was extremely short and confrontational. I even said to him "why are you being so short and confrontational with me?" To which he did not respond and just walked away. Since we had gotten a good amount of rain after the install one part of my roof looked slightly dis colored and I asked Ed to just check that part of the roof out. To his response was "It's a new roof and you are telling me that it's leaking, I'm sure it was therefore" To which I responded with, that I'm observant and this was not there. His response was "well you have a 10 year warranty." I wish I had not had a bad experience with Ed or else I would have contacted them again regarding windows and doors.

I was home when they came. They reshingled my roof and my neighbor's too in a few hours and left no mess. (It is a duplex and my neighbor and I share a roof.) Because my neighbor consented to have her part of the roof done too, we received a discount on the price.

When asking for an estimate, they came out almost instantly and the price was competitive. The installation was fast and professional. Due to the construction of the back of the house, we had some trouble the first rain we had after the new gutters went up. Not only did I get an email response after hours, but they were out the next day to remedy the issue. I highly recommend this company for gutter replacement needs. I prefer to communicate via email and they were able to do everything via email.

The provider came right on time and was very friendly. After discussion of the roof and the leak he went to work, found the leak and fixed it and sealed areas around sky lights and other vents. Replace a broken roof tile had a matching one on the truck. Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a BIG DEAL. I live in Maryland, but the provider is not licensed here, and I do not recall this information in the online offer. They were polite whan called. If they were licensed in Maryland, I might use them.

He contacted me immediately to let me know he was not licensed to work in my area. I replied asking for recommendations and he said Angie's List would be the best place. He was very helpful and I appreciated that. If he gets licensed to work in my area, I would use him in the future.

They were very professional and punctual. They came out the day before to delivered the material and should up early the next morning and completed the job in one day. They clean up everything before they left. They help me pick a color that totally match my neighbors. They return next week to inspect the roof. Everything went great and recommended them to my neighbor who was also very happy with their work.

Larry was a professional from the beginning to the end and extremely helpful!! Unbeknown to me, I had roof damage as a result of a hail storm sometime in the summer of 2013. He came out promptly and covered my roof with plastic during a rain storm to prevent any further damage. This was prior to us signing a contract and agreeing to hire him as my contractor. He did a thorough inspection of the exterior as well as the interior and gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing the damages. Then he gave me options as to how I can get the damages repaired. He was the only contractor who suggested that I work with the insurance company to cover the extensive damages so I can get a new roof. He also was familiar with the insurance operations of filing a claim and already had a relationship with the claims adjusters in the area. This made it easy for me because he was able to walk me through the process considering I had never filed an insurance claim before. He went out of his way and had continuous contact with my insurance agent and adjuster at State Farm. This took a lot of burden off my shoulders. Lastly, he worked with the adjuster to ensure all of my damages were considered one claim as oppose to multiple claims which could give reason for insurance companies to raise your premium. He was just a blessing throughout the entire process. Highly competent, genuine and professional! I would recommend him for roofing and any other services he provides. He is the only contractor I worked with thus far who made me believe he really cares for the customers. Thank you so much Larry!

I purchased a Big Deal for a roof mantenance package. I called the service provider to schedule the appointment, unfortunately he is not licensed in my state.

They were very professional, completed the job in one day and clean up everything. They were very reasonable and I was so satisfied with the job that I recommended them to a friend who is also using them to have their new roof installed.

Affordable Quality replaced the roof on a contemporary, single family home. Two sheets of plywood were found to be rotted and were replaced. The actual replacement lasted almost 1.5 days. The company was a pleasure to work with, from initial inquiry to final inspection. This was one of the few companies that was not put off by my HOA's strict covenants and made sure that the final product matched the original. The crew was polite and quite neat. Other than a little excess shingle debris that required sweeping, you wouldn't even know they had been there. I have yet to find a nail. The crew, without being asked, even pushed in a stray gutter pin that I could see out of a window but could not easily get to. We discovered one minor leak after the replacement (actually a pre-existing problem with the original builder roof that was not evident prior to replacing the roof), but Affordable Quality was out to the house immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. We recommend the firm without reservation.

Overall, it went very well. The name of the company is accurate. I found Affordable Quality on Angie's List along with a couple of other providers, after my tenants notified me that the roof had a leak. Even though it was the middle of June, Affordable Quality was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate within the week, while the others were booked for more than a month. I worked mostly with Lawrence Nowell, who was extremely responsive, professional, competent and patient. They were always available whenever I called and they were very professional and efficient in communicating with me and with my tenants to schedule the work. The rate was very reasonable and the work was very high quality. They provided consultation about the various options for repair and full replacement, including shingle types, and other options. They lent me shingle comparison boards to decide what shingle type I wanted. Because the roof had not been repaired for at least a decade, I chose to go with the full replacement and to install a vent ridge at the top of the roof, to help regulate the temperature in the house, as well as to install an aluminum drip edge. The materials were delivered the night before and the work was completed in one day. The technicians were also well coordinated with their office manager, who was also very professional. I very highly recommend Affordable Quality to anyone who wants top quality work at an affordable price delivered efficiently within a short time-frame.

The work was performed over two days - the first to replace the roof the second to replace the gutters and trim around the roof. Both days the crews were professional in their work and conduct. They cleaned up completely both days and the roof and gutters look great.

Took a while to get scheduled due to wet summer weather but everything else went very well on roof replacement of single family home. We needed additional wood replaced on porch which had been leaking badly. This wood replacement was included in original estimate. All work was completed in one day and there were no surprise additional costs. Estimate was the final price. We are very happy with the work and the professional way it was done.

The company came out and did a fair estimate. Another company tried to quote my small roof at $14,000 which was way over priced. These guys gave me a great deal when compared to the others. They had some issues with the delivery but that was not their fault. The company that they ordered shingles from did not want to drive on my refinished drive way. The workers showed up as explained the next day and eventually the materials got there. They knocked the roof out quick. I would definitely hire them again.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Telephone calls were answered quickly. The original appointment to evaluate the home site went punctually and efficiently. The job was performed ahead of schedule and in a very professional manner. The old roof was removed and the new one put in place efficiently. Old debris was removed. The workers were very good and did the job in a very professional manner. We would hire them again.

Larry and Matt were very professional about diagnosing and fixing the cause of water that was leaking inside the drywall of the house. It was very easy to schedule the repair and get the work done, unlike many other companies which failed to respond, dismissed our problem as a low priority, or would not even schedule a visit in less than 3 weeks. This is the third time we've hired them to fix different roofing problems, and they've always been very good. We will absolutely use them if we have any other problems in the future, and would recommend them highly, especially Larry, who has worked on our house several times now.

Initial contact was pleasant and quick. An appointment was scheduled with an estimator. However, the weather on that day was such that he could not do the estimate, so it was postponed for several days. After the estimator's visit I called to accept their proposal and scheduled the work. Due to a family emergency, however, I had to leave town on that day. Fortunately, when they called to confirm the appointment the answering machine message indicated that the work would be done as scheduled, and if we could not be at home at the scheduled time the work would be done and the invoice mailed. The invoice arrived a few days later. The work was done well, and at what I consider to be a very fair price. Everyone I had contact with was very professional. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Ed and his colleague did a very thorough job. We only asked them to replace the pipe collars which were leaking, but they fixed numerous other small problems with shingles which had nails popping up or other potential leaks. They had a very positive attitude, and were happy to explain in detail everything they did and show us the problems they identified. This is the second job they've done for us, and we would definitely hire them again.

Working crew were excellent--outstanding work, care, clean-up. Company was supportive and worked with me on a schedule change.

Affordable Quality roofers came out, cleaned out my gutters and installed end covers on my gutters. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with Affordable Quality, Inc. I will do business with the company again in the future and I will continue to recommend them to others.

The work went well, they got it all replaced and all, but they used normal screws and stuff and so it is visible from the ground, and I thought that they would have made it blended it but the didn't. It did not meet my expectations. The price seemed right, it didn't seem too high or too low. I would use them again, but I would ask them to explain what they were going to do so that I didn't get any surprises.
