Workman Larry was very pleasant to work with, very punctual, courteous, and professional. All the work was done in excellent manner. He even told me approximately how much life was left in my roof, which was very good to know.. since I couldn't begin to guess. All the gutter work was done, and provide excellent work/service. they did bring their own ladder, work was done very efficiently. I will definitely use this company again, and if all possible request Larry to be assigned. when in time to get new roof, they are very likely to get my job. Please use me as reference any time, Larry.

Larry was always prompt and professional. From the initial inspection visit, to providing an estimate, to installation and follow up, he was great to work with. The estimate was reasonable and scheduling installation was easy (even though we had to reschedule several times due to weather). Chris was easy to work with in negotiating the terms and resolving the scheduling. Once they were finally able to come out, Larry and his team of roofers did a great job. The crew was right on time, worked hard to finish promptly and did an awesome cleanup. Larry checked in several times during the day to make sure things were on track and kept me updated when some unanticipated work needed to be done. We were very pleased with the job and would highly recommend their services. We are also very satisfied with the warranty they offer and are confident that if we have any issues, they will resolve them. Larry even went above and beyond to repair some minor trim damage caused by the installation. Our overall experience was great.

Purchased the package and had the company come out and fix 2 leaks that were repaired and shingle's were replaced. Several weeks later after the heavy rain the leaks came back and I called the company to have them come out and check why the issue came back. At this time I was told I needed to get my whole roof replaced and received a 4500 estimate. Safe to say I wont be using this service again.

I notice that there were a few loose shingles on the roof. I contacted Affordable Quality, Inc as they had an excellent review on Angie's List. The service tech arrived on time. Besides the loose shingles, I mentioned to him that I had a leak spot in the ceiling on the second floor. He was very happy to take his ladder upstairs, climb up to the attic, and inspect the attic for any roof leaks. He actually found a couple of pipes that were corroded and leaking. He was able to seal them. I was happy to know that there were no leaks from inside the attic from under the roof. He then fixed the loose shingles and climbed up on the roof to check it over for anything else that may be loose or needed sealing. He took pictures of a couple of attic vents that he was able to repair. Once the inspection was over, he provided an estimate for a pipe collar that needed to be replaced in the attic. He also gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the roof in a couple of years. There was no pressure for either estimate, of which I appreciated. I would definitely use this company when I am ready to take action on either estimate.

I've been using Affordable Quality for quite a few years now. Being a Realtor, it's crucial that I refer excellent vendors to my clients. We had an issue come up on a home inspection this past week that I felt required further inspection from a licensed roofer. I naturally thought of Affordable Quality. Because I use and refer them for all my roofing jobs, I forgot they also do siding as well. While Larry was there doing the roof inspection I mentioned to him that we were getting some siding estimates. He went out to his truck, brought in samples, a book on the vinyl product Affordable uses, explained the warranty, the excellent quality, the time frame for installation etc. and it wound up that Affordable came in $1000 less than the least expensive bid that two other siding companies gave us! The thing I've always appreciated about Affordable Quality is the true quality of their work, the fact that they clean up beautifully when the job is done and their pricing is excellent! I can't suggest strongly enough why you should use them! In the very least you should afford them the chance to give you an estimate! I love these guys!!!! We got quotes on the siding (which my clients will do at a later time) and a price quote for installing a new skylight, roof and flashing around the chimney and vent caps ($4300) . AN EXCELLENT PRICE!

From beginning to end, all went well. Made contact in January via their website and was promptly contacted by Chris. Larry came out on the agreed upon date/time, performed an assessment and provided a quote. Reviewed the quote, contacted Chris with questions, which she answered completely. Made the decision that we were going to have them perform the job, but would contact to schedule a date at a later time, however, we had a leak and just on me saying that we would have them do the job, Larry came out and put in a temporary fix so that the leak did not do any further damage. Stand up folks and very grateful for them doing that. Contacted Chris close to mid February and set up a date for installation and she advised when the material would be dropped off, what we needed to do, and that she was available anytime if we had questions and believe me, my wife did call her with questions, which answered thoroughly each and every time. Materials were dropped off as she explained the day before the work, but before they just unloaded, they knocked on the door and let us know they were there and what they would be doing -- another appreciated action. Next day at 0705, as Chris advised they were on the premises and the work began. I'll say this -- they left my home the way they found it only with a much better roof. We are very pleased with the results and we now, once again have an outstanding roof. Thank you Larry and Chris for your professionalism and very friendly demeanor.

Very professional. He came out, surveyed the roof of a home built in 2006. Observed bubbling on roof shingles rated for 25 years, and that it was abnormal for this to be happening. Repaired missing shingle and sealed a vent pipe (source of a leak in the bedroom) and gave advice in getting in contact with the builder regarding the type of shingles that were used. He informed of a recall of a specific type of shingle. Very satisfied with the company.

Timely response on receiving a quote. Affordable replaced the improperly installed exhaust vents on my 4 year old home. Work was done timely and as per quote. I would recommend them and will use them in them in the future for any of my roofing needs.

No upselling or extra charges. Gave an idea of how much longer my roof should last. It went well and highly recommend.

Service was fast and professional. Arrived on time and completed the work in about 1.5 hrs. Overall i was extremely happy with the work and getting the roof maintenance package really gave me peace of mind going into the winter season.

I just bought a home and had some gutter nails that needed to be knocked back in and thought it would be a good Idea to have my roof checked out while it was done. The $300 gutter package is a huge value for what it includes. He showed up right on time for my work window and was very professional. They caulked all roof penetrations and secured all gutter nails while inspecting for any other problems. The name says it all "Affordable Quality" I will defiantly call them if ever needed in the future.

These guys were great. I purchased the BIG DEAL for 180, which was totally worth it for me. My roof is SUPER high. They took before pictures of the roof condition, and after pictures showing what they fixed. That was GREATLY appreciated. They also noted the hail damage that occurred a few years back. I'm going to go with them for my roof placement.

The workers were prompt and they cleaned up when they were finished. Several days later we had a hard rain and there was no overflow in the gutters. Very happy with the service and cost, will definitely use them again.

The quote was excellent and complete. Agreed to perform work after A/C compressor is installed so as to ot interfer with the location of the outdoor unit. Installation of two gutters and downspouts on the sides of new hobby shop. Installer was very professional and I observed he carefully ensured that gutters were installed with correct angle to provide superior drainage to prevent clogging from leaf debris. Downspouts were carefully attached as to not damage new siding and ended just above splash blocks.

It went fine. We were satisfied with the work performed and the person doing the job explained everything that he did and provided pictures to show the before and after pictures for any repairs he had done.

Within two days I had a representative at my house taking measurements and giving us a quote. It took about 8 days before they came out to perform the work but they were very professional and responsive. There had been a lot of bad weather during the eight days so I believe that was part of the delay. The folks that put on the gutters were very helpful. We plan to have them back soon to do the other side of the house. Highly recommend them.

Affordable Quality Inc. was great to work with and very thorough in their service. We purchased a roof maintenance deal in part to get a better overall sense of the condition of our roof, but to also diagnose a leak that had resulted in some minor water damage to the ceiling of our top floor bathroom. The technician made a host of repairs and patches as part of the deal and also identified a worn exhaust pipe as the cause of the water intrusion (provided pictures that made things abundantly clear). They provided a very fair estimate for replacing the pipe and were back within a week (just after the 4th of July holiday) to do the work. We are very pleased with the outcome and Affordable Quality Inc.'s professionalism!

Larry came and did the estimate on my roof. He actually went up the roof and did the estimate. Very professional and nice guy. Their price is very affordable and competitive. If I did not have another guy offer me a much lower price with the same things offered, I would definitely go to them.

I received a response from the provider almost immediately after purchasing the deal. We were able to schedule service close to the purchase date to inspect the roof and fix a leak. The service provider was very professional, he fixed our leaked issue and notified us of another issue with our HVAC. He also took care of removing an antenna on our roof that was there for some time.
