Affordable Quality proved to be a top notch contractor both in negotiating a reasonable price as well as work performance. Their sales rep (Larry Nowell) was very professional and knowledgeable regarding what had to be done. The work crew was very skillful as evidenced by the quality of their work, Satisfaction with the roof replacement influenced my decision to also install P.V.C.aluminum trim wrap to cover all Comer, Freeze, Fascia, and Rake boards, as well as vinyl Soffit on roof overhangs. The quality of the finished product resulted in my recommending the company to a friend in my neighborhood and a subsequent contract to replace their roof.

Fantastic. Utilized an Angie's List coupon for overall roof and gutter maintenance. We had a leak somewhere above the master bathroom and nails hanging out of the gutter. Upon arrival, I told him of my concerns with the leak, gutter, and general roofing needs. He handled them efficiently, effectively, and professionally. He provided photographs of possible issues that should be addressed in the future (hail damage). He sealed all necessary leaks, hammered all loose nails, and cleaned the gutters. I would definitely use their services again and recommend to others. On-time, professional, and thorough.

Technician was very polite and professional, scheduled promptly, and came on time. Fixed gutters and roof and found a few missing shingles I could not see and replaced those. Had one bit of work that he could not complete due to issues beyond his control and was very upfront about it and the company generously offered a refund so I could hire someone else to do it. Was very professional about the whole matter and I was so impressed with their work ethic. I hope I don't have any more gutter or roof issues, but if I do, this would be the first company I would call since I know they stand by their work and treat customers so well. Thank you!

Excellent work - job went as described.

They're one of the top ones that showed up. They insisted that I needed a new skylight. The other two roofing companies said I did not. They just said, "Trust me, you need one." So, they overpriced themselves by insisting on a new skylight that the other two companies said I did not need. Their price was 30% more than the one I selected.

We observed leaks from the roof in different areas of our home. They provided information about the work required and answered our questions in advance of the project. The work was completed on time and they returned when we had a follow-up issue.

While we had to wait a little longer than expected the Service Technician was very good and fast with the repairs. The only issue I had was that he did not give us a receipt at the time but said the office would email it to me. I had to then call the office continuously for a week to get the receipt. They were having some issue with sending it to my email address, I had to ask for theirs to send them an email to respond to and I still didn't get their response. They apparently had the correct email but for some reason it wasn't working. I had to finally suggest they send it to my husbands email address and that worked. It was annoying that I had to keep calling and coming up with new approaches to get my receipt. They could have just sent it by regular mail as a backup solution. Other companies we have used provide their Service Technicians with handheld devices to immediately send out an email that I liked. I would hope that they can adopt this technology in the future.

We called Affordable Quality, as they seemed to be one of the few contractors that advertised service of smaller roof repair jobs. True to previous reviews, they came out as scheduled and identified multiple places along the roof line where the siding/flashing wasn't properly attached to the roof. As a result, we had leaking over a period of time that caused the mold to form. They gave us a very reasonable estimate and came back within a week to fix the issues with the roof. We were extremely pleased and will use them again with any other issues that arise.

They contacted us immediately upon purchase of the deal. Scheduled appointment time. They had to reschedule time but were still prompt and convenient for our schedule. Person who came, Larry, was professional, very good customer service, knowledgeable. I chose this company because the reviews said they didn't try to sell you on fixes etc. that weren't needed and that was our experience as well. We asked for a quote for new shingles for the future. Would recommend them and use them again when the need arises.

Chris in the office was great, she was very responsive and understanding. Larry performed the work and he was great as well. Larry was on time, friendly, quick, and thorough. Highly recommended.

This was a really great experience. We are so impressed with Larry and everyone connected with getting our new roof put on and some siding repaired. Everyone is so friendly, there was absolutely no "high-sell" pressure for anything, and they were almost miraculously on schedule (despite there having been over 2 solid weeks of rain that we assumed would delay the work--but it didn't). Everyone was always prompt, professional and helpful. We have a pretty large roof, and were astonished that it all got completed in one day. I believe there were at least 5 workers putting the new roof on. They arrived at 7 in the morning, and kept on till somewhat after dark. They cleaned up the entire area around the house--we have not found so much as a single nail afterward. Our new roof looks so nice! We would recommend this company to everyone. We had gotten other bids, and this was consistent with most of them at the time, so ultimately we chose the company based mainly on our interaction with Larry. And we are very happy we chose Affordable Quality.

This provider did a free inspection of the roof, found where I needed the repair and took care of it. Great job.

They repaired what needed to be repaired and did not tell me a bunch of other things that also needed done for an extra charge. They even fixed my gate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at Affordable Roofing was professional and polite. They were out the next day for an estimate. The price beat another estimate and the work was done quickly. Larry even offered to fix a minor problem on a neighbor's roof free of charge. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a package deal from the company for roof maintaince and set up a date time (11 April, 4-6pm) for the company to perform the work. No one showed up during the agreed upon time. I recieved a call at 7:30pm saying they would not be able to show up and wanted to reschedule. I immediately filed a negative review with the company and proceeded the process to get my money back. The next day the owner called and apologized and offered to give them a second chance or my money back. Since he called I offered to give them a second chance and set up a new time (19 April, 4-6pm). Once again no one showed up within the agreed upon timeframe.

This was one of the best contracting experiences I have had. The work was as good as I have seen. The whole staff was pleasant from the front office to the installers. All minor tweaks were handled promptly and cheerfully. I will use them again because this was fine service. As an old rehab guy, I've seen a lot of pretenders. This company delivers.
