Description of Work: Bought a roof maintenance inspection deal on the Big Deal site. They took care of a problem area around a bathroom fan vent and let us know of a couple areas to keep an eye on for the future. The rep was professional and courteous. I especially liked that I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell us, they just gave us the information we needed. Very good service and I'm keeping them on our list of contractors to use again.

Description of Work: It went well. They contacted promptly after buying the package on Angie's. Both the scheduler and the actual technician were corteous. The "C" has nothing to do with the services but merely indicates that the price for the service is average (i.e. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either). The only observation I'd make is that my understanding was that the package included a report with pictures and I did not get it - nor was it offered - despite the fact that the package did state that a report with pictures was included.

Description of Work: I scheduled a gutter repair for our screened-in porch and siding repair for a large flapping piece near the roof. They were very responsive in scheduling. The service technician called 30 minutes before arriving, as requested. He was very professional and friendly. He repaired the siding right away, as it was soon to rain, then came back in 2 days to repair the gutters. I was very happy with this company, and the technician in particular (Larry?). They made it easy and effortless for me. My only concern was the estimate. It was exactly $400 which seemed like he just made it up. Maybe he didn't but it seemed odd. We had an Angie's List coupon for 5% which he honored at twice it's value which made me feel a little better about the price. I would definitely use this company again for any roofing, siding, or gutter issues.
