Great. Mr. Chapman of Abstract LLC went above my expectations. He restored my old (2016) camera, DVR, and monitor security system. He purchased a new box (DVR), corrected a faulty camera hook up, and restored the pictures to the monitor. He installed an app on my cell phone so I can monitor activity around the house from anywhere I am. He also installed a Kami inside motion detector that I had been procrastinating about since 2023 and placed it on my cell phone. He is very knowledgeable about security systems and software programs

Abstract was great to work with. I had one vision for the project, and they convinced me to go another way. They were the only company that actually asked me questions about what I wanted from the system, and took time to talk to me what my best options were. From the few proposals I received, they were by far the cheapest for parts and labor. But the end product is great - we've been happy with how the cameras look like and what they are able to record. Overall, very highly recommended for professionalism, care in working with the customer, and price for quality.

He was very professional and made me feel comfortable he knew what he was doing he knew what he was talking about he also is very flexible with the client and I called him an hour before he was able to come to me he took care of the job sent me the invoice on the same day within at least five hours of the initial phone call if you want good fast service this is who you need to come to.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Armand and his crew. They were punctual and professional. Armand is very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The cameras are visually appealing with all wires hidden. The video is clear, even when zooming in for close ups. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of the cameras and the professionalism and service provided.

This install went well until I needed a switch, so the owner of abstract went out to buy one so I could get my camera working. They did an excellent job installing. They were very punctual when showing up for work. I would definitely use them again.

The owner (Chapman) and crew member were punctual, professional and courteous. I was quoted a price and time it would take to install and setup my security system. The agreed quoted price did not changed and everything was completed within the time frame allowed. They also showed me the best angles to install my cameras in order to have maximum view of my residence. I had previously purchased my security camera system. Outstanding work. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
