+ -1 moreAble Arms was able to remove stains a previously contracted provider could not. They were on time, worked quickly, and the carpets were presentable enough to sell the property. There was a mishap on my part in payment and instead of getting an angry or frustrated phone call, the company simply contacted me and worked out a time to meet at my convenience to drop off payment. I would use Able Arms again in a heartbeat. They care about their business and the customer.
Description of Work: Able Arms provided carpet cleaning services on a rental property I had for sale. They were called in because the previous provider (not Able Arms) could not remove some stains and generally performed poorly.

+ -1 moreI used ABLE ARMS CLEANING SERVICE. We used them in December. We did not select them it was out landlord. It was $290. I say they did, we don't have a lot of experience with professional carpet cleaners, otherwise it was fine. We did this before we got our furniture delivery. They worked with us on that. They did a nice job. It looked good afterward. They vacuumed along the walls where a lot of dirt loads up. They were professional and courteous. We did a good job preparing.
Description of Work: ABLE ARMS CLEANING SERVICE, they did carpet cleaning, they did nine areas in the house. Seven rooms and then you add the staircases and the halls. They did the whole town house.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED THE ENTIRE HOUSE IN ABOUT TWO HOURS.
