Turn out Great. They where able to take care it right away, they where very professional and all that good stats.

It was a great experience all the way round. They came in, they took the measurements of what needed to be done and took care of it right away. I got the guarantee; everything has been great. They were in when they said they were going to be, they cleaned up after and they did a great job.

I like them. They are very nice. I thought the price would be lower and I told them that too.

They did the job they said they were going to do. They had to come back because the gutter they secured came undone but they fixed it then. I have no complaints.

It was overall a good experience. They were absolutely wonderful. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They cleaned up their mess as well.

It didn't work. I took ownership of the home about three years ago. It leaked numerous times. I've had them come out a couple of times to try to fix it. They have yet to fix the problem. They say they'll keep going til they fix it. It's not been a spectacular experience. They can't seem to figure out exactly what's causing the leaking in the basement. I'm going to call them up again and have them try to fix it a 3rd or a 4th time. Ideally, when the previous owner spent the $15,000 putting in the system, the basement shouldn't have been leaking anymore. Once they install the system, they do say if it leaks, they'll fix it without any further costs. They have been forthright on that. They haven't tried to charge me or wiggle out of that in anyway, shape or form. They have been trying to fix the system. They just haven't been able to do it yet.

All good! Initial responsiveness was slightly delayed which may have been attributed with high demand due to flooding rains. My issue was minor. From there B-Dry was outstanding, they discounted my fee due to slight delay and the install techs were great. Lead crew guy, Miguel, told me he "treats every job and home as if it were his own" They were awesome.

I rejected the contract and got the work done for $400.

It went good and they fixed the problem. It took them two times. The quality was good.

They came in and did the work. They were reasonable on price. He was very professional and I was very happy with them. I have not had a problem since. I liked the cost.

After a heavy rain, our basement flooded. We had used B-Dry 10 years ago with success so I called to schedule an appointment with them. It was clear that they have two "lines" for calls: one for new customers who want estimates and another for existing customers who may need service on the work they've already done. The call line for new customers is much shorter than the one for existing customers. In any event, it took me three weeks to get an appointment, which was understandable given the heavy rain we've had. However, despite confirming my appointment and taking off work for it, the person did not show up. I called the main office a half hour after he was supposed to come and was put on hold for another half hour and eventually given a voicemail. I called again and, after insisting on speaking to a person, I was told that the technician who was supposed to come to our house was not answering his cell phone so they could not tell me if or when he would be coming. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. The answer, clearly, is no. This is no way to run a business. Our good experience the first time we used them has been seriously tarnished.

Mr. Voigt conducted a thorough inspection of my deck and basement. He concluded that my water seepage problem was not severe enough to warrant anything beyond a topical solution - i.e., touch up paint. At my request, he prepared an estimate for correcting the rain water leak if the problem became worse. (The solution would be to remove a portion of the deck and install a rubber membrane below the cement and re-laying the flagstone for the deck. ) His estimate came to $2250. I was very impressed by the professionalism and honesty of B-Dry. I will use them if my water problem becomes more serious than it has been to date. Than you B-Dry.

B-Dry extended the drain system in our basement including installing new drains in 2 window wells. This involved removing dry wall, floor covering and cement, installing the drain approx. 10'x 2' , replacing the concrete floor and connecting all drains together. They cleaned and repaired a third window well drain that they had installed in the 90's. They enlarged the sump pump well and provided and installed a new, more powerful pump and a back up battery system. They covered everything so that the concrete dust did not get on any of our belongings. They were prompt and professional and accommodated our schedule when we needed a delay. During the heavy rains of the past few days we remained dry as a bone in areas of our home that have been flooded in the past. We have learned to check our sump pump periodically to make sure it functions properly.

B-Dry was very professional throughout until they stopped responding to my calls to try to resolve the issue for which I hired them. Apparently it turned out to be more complex than they were anticipating, but the bottom line is that they stopped returning my calls when I still needed help. It took them two efforts to perform the work that was specified, and they were professional enough in correcting the workers' original mistakes. When that failed to address the problem, they were diligent for a period in sticking with trying to solve it. But when it reached a certain point where, I guess, the senior managers felt that they couldn't figure out the problem, they just stopped returning my calls and left me to get it resolved some other way. They did sell me on a drainpipe that added about $800 to the project. It was supposedly to improve drainage from the problem area. In over a year I have not seen one drop of water coming out of this drainpipe, so I do feel that I did not get full value for the money I paid this company.

Final cost greatly increased from initial estimate (one of the reasons I chose them over other companies). Owner was very responsive to my concerns once the project started, but actual laborers were routinely late for scheduled work.

All employees on time. The work was completed quickly with little inconvenience. The system works very well.

As I mentioned above I called because the description of the company claims foundation repair. What I did not realize is that footers are apparently not included. It would have been nice to see that in the description of services provided so I would not have taken the time to call them only to be rejected. No work was performed and while I cannot attest to the quality of their work, the ladies who I spoke to seemed nice ... except for telling me they don't do what I am asking for.

It went pretty good. They were very professional and covered everything.

Kent came and estimated the job within 2 days of my call to schedule an estimate to stop water from leaking into the basement when it rained. B-Dry offered a lifetime warranty which was better than the warranties offered by the other companies we had estimate the job and the cost was in line with the other estimates. The work was done the following week and the crew arrived promptly and they were very courteous and professional. Except for a snafu regarding the building permit and plumbing permits required, the job went well. However, while waiting for B-Dry to get the necessary permits for the county inspector to approve the finished work, it rained quite hard and water again leaked into the basement. Kent came by that same day and devised a plan to correct the problem. The crew came back, and this time they did work outside around the foundation and on the outside drains. The county inspector came back after B-Dry got the remaining permits and approved the work. It hasn't rained hard since the work was redone so we are hoping the problem has been corrected. I must say Kent and B-Dry addressed the issues right away and everyone we have dealt with has been very responsive and professional.

Of all of the work I have had done in my house, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. This job was supposed to take 2-4 days and it took over three months. They started September 6, 2012 and they didn't complete until January 2013. The following exerpt from my correspondence with B-Dry sums it up: ----------------------------------- Mr. Voigt and Mr. Braxton, I contracted with B-Dry because of the following work ethics and principles detailed on the B-Dry site - principles that the design consultant (Mr. Voigt) promised I would receive: -- Getting it right the first time -- Delivering superior post-installation service -- Proactive communication -- Respect for your time -- Well-mannered employees -- Professional cleanup -- Professional post-installation follow-up Instead of the above, the following has been my experience with B-Dry: 1. Work that began in September 2012 has yet to be completed. This is partially due to workers deviating from the original contract. As opposed to ?getting it right the first time,? workers have had to repeatedly come back to either complete work that should have been done the first time or to correct oversights or poorly executed work. 2. There has been a lack of active and proactive communication among B-Dry staff and between B-Dry and myself. Instead of proactive communication, I have found a complete lack of communication between the consultant who designed the solution and the technicians who implemented the work order. Designs and specifications of the work plans were not followed by the work crew, necessitating follow-up work to align the job with the original agreed upon specifications. This also added several days of additional work time to the original schedule.· 3. After having a punch list of work to be rectified ? workers have shown up to my home unprepared to deal with issues to be completed, necessitating additional rescheduling and delays in completion of the agreed upon work.· B-Dry has not been timely in attempting to remedy ongoing issues. 4. There has been a total disrespect for my time, with workers showing up at my house when it wasn?t communicated to me in advance that they were coming or not showing up at all the scheduled time ? and all of this often without the courtesy of a call to inform me of schedule changes or constraints. 5. Instead of professional cleanup, my basement is currently laden with dust from demo and construction work which has yet to be cleaned. Rigid seal that has been installed and that the design consultant promised me would be paint-ready, was installed dirty and needs to be cleaned. 6. In terms of post-installation follow-up, there has been none. Other than at my insistence as a result of a total disconnect between what was promised in my contract and what was delivered, the design consultant never once checked to see how work was going. Even after noting numerous flaws in the work on Sept 28th, when, upon my request, he came to my house to witness the mess that I was left with, Mr. Voigt has yet to follow up to see if work has been satisfactorily completed. I would think that a follow-up would be standard operating procedure, particularly since Mr. Voigt himself noted at the time that the work was not up to B-Dry standards. 7. From a technical point of view, there have been a number of errors in design or in execution that have caused delays in the work: a. Workers changed the design on spot from the consultant?s specs and connected water discharge to an existing downspout instead of digging a dry well as specified in the contract. This has since been corrected. b. Location of the diffuser for the dual-flow system was too far from the piping to function, necessitating relocation. c. When workers first claimed (mid-September) that they had ?completed? the work, I found my basement in a state of demo with electrical wires and sockets exposed and ceilings and walls not covered by Rigid-Seal exposed. The basement was unfit for occupation. d. Workers failed to install an access door to crawl space as specified in contract. (This has since been rectified). e. Workers failed to deliver and install de-humidifier as agreed in contract. (The de-humidifier has been delivered but leaks). f. During the course of work, installers noted that there was no socket in the crawl space to connect the de-humidifier to, necessitating electrical work and leading to further delays in work completion. Electrical installation for the sump pump was called for in the design but was overlooked for the de-humidifier in the crawl space. g. After the crawl space was ?encapsulated,? it was noted that B-Dry hadn?t cut out the area for the access door so that if the ?access door? were opened from inside the basement, there would in fact be no access to the crawl space. B-Dry had to be called back to make adjustments in the encapsulated area to allow for access to the crawl space from inside the house [as specified in the contract]. In summary, I decided to go with B-Dry over other contractors because of its reputation for providing a comprehensive solution, its mission and mores, as well as the promise (made by the design consultant, Mr. Voigt) of a professional and effective job that would respect my time. I have been disappointed on all accounts. In light of the fact that (i) practically all aspects of the contract have been breached; (ii) this project has resulted in undue demands on my time (including time I?ve had to take off from work); (iii) the repeated broken promises made by B-Dry and the personal anguish that I have experienced as a result of B-Dry?s inability to deliver services in a timely and professional manner, I think there is cause to re-negotiate the contract price that was agreed upon. The work that remains to be completed includes: -- Repair/replace faulty de-humidifier and ensure in working order -- Complete framing of Rigid Seal wall that abuts sheet rock --Cleaning Rigid Seal so that it?s paint-ready --Completion of spackling and sanding of drywall and framing of areas agreed upon --Repair of gate handle (fence) broken by workers --Removal of dust caused during the course of this project --Repair wooden paneling separating finished from unfinished sides of basement loosened during work ============================================= In order to be done with this ordeal, I settled on a renegotiated price and completed the remaining work myself. In terms of customer service, I would give B-Dry an F given the amount of time it took to complete the job as well as the number of times it took to get it right. I will admit, however, that -- after all the pain and anguish -- my basement is dry. I regret, however, that it took several attempts and three months to get to that point. I understand that my situation was atypical; knowing this, however, didn't make the situation any better at the time. In view of the preceding, my overall rating is a D. Sincerely, Rabihah A. Mateen

The service went very well overall. The estimate was right on and they showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they did a great job!

I was happy with the work they did. Their work comes with a lifetime warranty: we’ve called them back a few times after the work was done, and they were responsive with coming out to resolve everything, even though sometimes the issues weren’t their fault.
