Description of Work: Water started leaking in my basement the week before I was to put my house on the market. The repaired. Checked for additional leaks. It was determined it was my townhouse neighbors gutter or lack of caused the crack in the foundation. They rerouted the gutter drain. The team was very friendly.

Description of Work: Installed a French drain in our basement. Quality work. Excellent staff. It struck me as a little pricey but I only got their estimate.

Description of Work: Dug a trench along inside of front basement wall and installed a special pipe and sump pnmp to remove water that was seeping through walls.Have not seen aay water since.The only bad part of the job is the dust.But they did put up plstic to contain dust to the area they were working.

Description of Work: Two service calls--one in 2012--investigated a messy situation, accurately diagnosed an outside problem re drainage to the street. |Fixed what they could w/o charge. In 2014 snaked outside drain, & repaired a broken piece on the pump in the well in basement. They arrived w/in agreed-upon window, accurately assessed problems, clearly explained my options, and resolved the issue. They protected the carpets, cleaned up, and were friendly and professional. Would definitely work w/them again.

Description of Work: We certainly would not use them again. They gave an estimate, accepted a deposit, and put us into their schedule, then never showed up. It turned out that they had lost our appointment. They then took several more weeks than estimated to complete their work, putting the sale of our house at risk (completion of the work was requisite to the sale we had arranged) and making our move overseas considerably more complicated. They completed the work eventually, but not in the time estimated, and their customer service was truly terrible. We never got to see the final product as we were already in England by the time they finished. But the sale of our house went through, which suggests to me that they did complete things in a reasonable way.

Description of Work: We had a window leak because our window well was clogged and the surrounding protective wall was too short. They cleaned out the well, installed a higher "moon" around the well, reinstalled a protective cover, cleaned the other wells around the house. Price seemed high,, but we have a low deck and it was a very dirty, messy job. I have no complaints. They did a great job and were punctual and professional.

He found a leaking pipe which was the real reason for the wet basement. I decided to go ahead and complete the water proofing because I trusted the lead and wanted to have him do the work. Description of Work: They installed a complete interior perimeter drain and pump system in my basement to mitigate water infiltration at the joint between poured wall and floor. It was a difficult and messy job that took a week, but B-Dry was careful to limit the noise and dust. The installers cooperated with us on timing and on arranging to relocate some basement plumbing at the same time. And while the installers ran into a few inevitable surprise issues once they got started, they did the job very well, on time and at the promised cost. The system has worked flawlessly since.
