Description of Work: B-Dry installed their system in our basement several years ago and the system has worked fine, keeping our basement dry for the most part. We had one issue with dampness on one wall last year and B-Dry promptly returned and corrected/adjusted the system for no charge (life-time warranty).

Description of Work: They replaced the slap on the basement walk out, added better drainage. On the opposite side of the house they replace two aggregate slabs that were facing the foundation, causing basement flooding during heavy storma.

Description of Work: I think the price was around 8-10,000. It was probably in 2012 when they did the work. The put in their b-dry waterproofing system, to include outside drains and a sump pump. B-Dry was fantastic! We would definitely use them again if we needed to. Super easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I recently purchased my home and the home inspection was concerned that he saw some evidence of water intrusion and recommended I pursue this with a waterproofing company. Richard Voigt inspected my home for water damage and determined that I did not have a problem. Unlike several other contractors, he was not interested in selling a product I did not need. Instead, he provided a thoughtful and honest reflection of the situation at hand.

B DRY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A NEIGHBOR. AFTER A VISIT BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY, I FELT I COULD TRUST THEM TO DO MY WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE, AND SO FAR IVE HAD NO WATER PROBLEMS.
