 + 0 moreChip visited our home a number of times to measure, photograph, inspect the proposed sunroom addition area on an existing deck. He produced a professional drawing full of detail that I could hand to a builder and actually get a decent quote right from the drawing. I am very pleased with the finished drawings and highly recommend Conway Design-Build for any home construction or remodelling plans you have. He has built many fine homes but I cannot comment on the build aspect of his business at this time.
Description of Work: Provided a design and architectural drawings for a sunroom addition plus some minor modifications to deck railing and carport trim.

 + 0 moreOur experience was extremely good both times. Mr. Conway and his workers were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. Costs were within the quote.
Description of Work: In 2007, Chip Conway designed and built a 1500 sq. ft. 2-story structure for us to be used as a workshop on the first floor and a music room on the second. Cost was about $124,000. In 2010, Mr. Conway designed and remodeled our living room/dining area. A bay window was enlarged and replaced and 3 windows were added. Wooden slats and beams were added to the ceiling (cottage style), recessed and indirect lights added, the stairway was redesigned and half wall replace by railing, moldings were added throughout, front door replaced, fireplace stone removed and new fireplace, hearth,and mantel built. Columns were removed from the dining room. Many interesting architectural features were added.
