Description of Work: I asked a lot of questions and the young man was very knowledgeable and didn't act like I was disturbing him. He cleaned out a bunch of tree roots that were growing in the tank. I will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: Supposed to clean septic tank. Identified opened and cleaned secondary tank thinking it was primary, Then discovered primary and opened, and cleaned that ending up with twice the cost since I was not willing to let them pump the waste back into the secondary tank.

Description of Work: They did not pump--but not because they didn't try! Man was disappointed that he couldn't get more money since he had done all of the work except pumping. I thought it was unprofessional for him to say that, and it made me feel that they are trying to make everyone pump so they can have a successful business. I am kind of cynical about things like this, so consider that when you read this.
