Description of Work: It is difficult for me to truly trust an automobile repair shop. I was raised rebuilding and repairing cars, and my father was an automotive engineer. Yet I can't do my own repair work because cars have become hopelessly complicated and computerized, so I do have to take them to a shop that knows how to do these things and one that I trust won't rip me off. This shop inspires confidence that I am treated with integrity and honesty. They know what they are doing and do not try to get me to repair things that don't need repair. If a repair can be put off until I have more money, they are willing to tell me that it can. That is what happened the last time, when I brought in the car for some warning lights in the dashboard. The problem does need to be repaired, but it can wait a couple of months without compromising safety. The oil change cost me less than a Jiffy Lube! I will be taking my car there again from now on--I was impressed! And I love the library in the spotless waiting room. Another subtle sign of quality.

Description of Work: Winchester Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair correctly diagnosed the source of a slow engine oil leak, and made an appointment after ordering the necessary parts. They then replaced a gasket and rear engine seal on my car on the appointed day. I have since used them for state inspections, and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: I have taken my car here several times and will continue to do so. They fixed my windshield wipers, the ignition starter, and several other things and I was pleased with everything. I consider them my repair establishment of choice. They are excellent and timely. I had an estimate of over $3,000 at another repair shop for the work they did.
