The Home Depot

We just went to Home Depot and talked to them. We got it on sale. They didn't come out to the house. We went to the store and spoke to them there. At the store they were very informative.

They were on time. It was a decent price. They came on time when they said they were going to. They put it in and didn't scratch my floors and I'm a happy woman.

I saw a man in Home Depot and he said they were having a sale on whole house vent cleaning for approx. $500. Later I noticed other places had it for less but I wasn't sure if it was exactly the same. Home Depot called and told me when they'd be arriving and they called when they were on their way. They used a camera to go down into the vents to check before and after. They let me see what it looked like. It took over 2 hours and was very noisy but the vents looked great afterward. I have cats so between cat hairs and dust; I felt this was a worthwhile service. They put covers over their shoes each time they entered my house. They also hooked up my drier hose after realizing it was not blowing through the vent outside. They were thorough when cleaning the vents and asked me to check to see how clean they were. They put in a new filter that I had and were both very nice and courteous. All went very smoothly. I couldn't find my cats for about an hour after they left, but they showed up after they realized the noise was gone and it was safe again. :o)
