+ 0 moreI was VERY happy with Sawyer's. Unfortunately, I was unable to hire them. My price-point was lower than what they were able to do. BUT...they helped find me someone that was able to do the work in my price-point, which I am extremely grateful! Robert is very kind and helpful and I could tell he truly wanted to help me out!!!!! He was very punctual and even though we played phone tag for a bit he always made sure to stay in contact!! I would DEFINITELY call on him and his team in the future! His main priority is making the customer happy even if he isn't able to do the job!!! That really meant something to me!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!!! A+++++!!!!

+ 7 moreRob lost this particular job but that's because of his honesty that he could not meet a very demanding schedule. He is now my number one choice because of this level of honesty.
Description of Work: Rob responded very quickly and honestly to my request for an estimate. He told me that he could not meet my accelerated schedule because of other commitments - something most contractors will not do. Because of this I had to use a different provider and Rob lost this particular job, worth over $10,000. However Rob is now number one on my list to call for future work, because he is so professional and dedicated to meeting his commitments.

Description of Work: I used Sawyer's Project Management for two projects on my farm and was very pleased with the work they did for me. One project involved adding extensions to both ends of my barn. I wanted the bays to be consistant with the look and construction of the existing barn. The Sawyer's Project Management were very pleasant and professional. They also offered many helpful suggestions and always showed they wanted to please and do an exellent job. The finished barn was exactly what I wanted and very well constructed. The second project involved screening in an existing wrap-around porch. Again they did a wonderfull job. I am enjoying my screened porch and so glad I had Sawyer's Project Management do the work. Their work was done in a timely and proffessional manner. Don't think anyone can go wrong hiring them to complete a wish list of projects.

+ 7 moreThe contractor is in the Winchester area and he is absolutely fantastic. He comes when he says he is going to come. He charges you what he says he is going to charge you. He does a beautiful job. I like the quality of his work. I live in a house that was built in 1859 and I have gone through probably 15 to 16 different contractors. He is probably the only one that shows up when he says he is going to show up. He comes in and gets the project done. He comes in on budget. He takes his time doing his work, but he requires that amount of time for the quality of his work. He is very good. He is a Jack of all trades and a master of all. He has quoted me $675, which is very reasonable for chimney moving. Anybody else would just rip the roof off and it’s a big roof, but he said that he can actually jack it up. That would save me about $5000 if he can do that. He is very good. I would use his services in the future too.
Description of Work: I use the services of Sawyer's Project Management for home construction projects. The contractor is actually working at my house now. He is moving a chimney in my house two feet further down the wall. He designs and builds. He does masonry, plastering and carpentry. He also does interior finishing like molding, trim and archways. He is going to tackle the kitchen next. He is going to gut it and expand it. He would also knock a couple of walls out.
