We were faced with some physical space limitations when trying to install an Acid Neutralizer System. Runyon technical folks came on two separate occasions to assess the situation, and then agreed to bring the actual unit on-site to make sure it would fit properly. Runyon's quotation was detailed, and Robert Snell, the General Manager, was willing to discuss pros and cons of different options and answer all of our questions. It should be noted that Runyon's not-to-exceed quote was several hundred dollars less than that of another A-Rated Angie's List provider. Upon starting the work, it became clear that we would also need a new Pressure Tank, as the current one had rusted underneath and was starting to leak. Runyon got the new Tank the same day, completed the work on-time, and was able to bring the final price (including the Tank) to only $250 over the original estimate !! I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them for years, and they have always been prompt, delivering an excellent result at a very good price. If you have any needs with respect to your well, you will do yourself a great favor by allowing FS Runyon to compete for your business.

I called FS RUNYON WELL & PUMP SERVICE to get second opinion and an estimate on one of the quote that one of the contractor to replace the well pump. Not only that they did give me some suggestions on the phone but they even come out to do an estimate and gave me an honest assessment what I should do and not do at no charge. Their estimate is much cheaper than other contractor. I would love to have them doing the job for me but I don't have the pump to do the same day for me. The work turned out great! They did a very nice job. They had to take my fence down to get a big truck in my backyard and it is a very deep well and they did a terrific job overall! The holding tank is in my basement and they had to work inside as well. They were very respectful, they didn’t stomp on my garden and they did a great job and when they were done they had rebuilt the fence and you couldn’t even tell they had taken it down. If I ever had to have work on the well or pump again I would definitely call them back. I called them and they were here the same day. They are one of the best contractors we have!

They did a very good job! They are very prompt, returned phone calls very well and when they had an appointment they showed up on time and even gave me a courtesy call before showing up and the work turned out very well.

They sent someone over quickly to a**** the job. They gave me an estimate to dig my sump pump deeper and fix the plumbing on it. (I inherited a do-it-yourself job from the previous owner.) They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, it was quality work, and it was a lot less than the estimate. I would use them again without hesitation.

And he also left a hose since I didn’t have one yet!

We ended up working with Valley Well and drilled a new well. Not cheap but we have great water, clean water, no turbidity and no bacteria. It doesn't make sense to mess around with your water supply.

I contacted the company via email and received a prompt response. They immediately sent someone over to provide an estimate and the actual cost was in line with the estimate. The work was conducted on the day I requested; they arrived promptly; and the service was great. Additionally, there had been some confusion on our part regarding the cost of the water treatment analysis and the company honored the initial price we mistakenly thought the service cost even though it was significantly lower than the cost incurred by the company. I would use this company again without thinking twice and I recommend it to others. The customer service and professionalism of the company were unparalleled.

They were very responsive, came quickly, pulled the well pipe (without cracking it, a feat because it is 90 some odd feet long and made of poly) and replaced the pump without problem.

They were really nice and at the time we needed assistance with a neighbor and they were willing to help. They helped her get back in her bed since she had fallen out.

These guys were friendly, informative and very competent. When they said something was going to happen, it did. I had subsequent calls re gravel in the water lines as result of the pump work. Though not work that is normally part of the contract work, they either talked me through the simple plumbing, or stopped by to help me out at no charge. In this instance, the young lady who was manning the phone was extremely responsible in coordination visits -- far beyond other service contractors we have experience with. Re cost: I had no idea what these services normally cost, but I considered I was over a barrel and at their mercy, to coin a cliche. I subsequently determined that their charges were competitive, especially considering the after-the-fact attention we got.

They walked me through the process of replacing the rusted pipe. They dug up the old pipe and replaced it for us. They helped us to get our inspection and walked us through the requirements to have the county sign it off. When it had the initial inspection, they came back and filled in the hole. They told us the kind of cover that we should get to cover the pipe. They are the people I would call if I ever have a problem again.
