 + -1 moreWe needed to have 3 offices repainted. Each office had a chair rail, was unoccupied, and had little or no furniture. The owner showed us many color samples and suggested we use 2 wall colors along with a darker shade of one color for just the molding. They rescheduled us once or twice because of overbooking but the team of painters came in and finished the job in a few days. The only complaints I have are that the molding wasn't painted the correct color and there were several large paint drips on the carpet which I had to manually scrape/cut off. There were also annoying little things like electrical outlet covers not being reattached, screws missing, bits of trash on the floor. I believe these things go a long way in displaying the level of professionalism. Overall, we were satisfied with the paint job, but just not happy with the way things were left.

 + 2 moreThey did a great job. They came out quickly and gave us an affordable estimate. His bid was the best and he was ready to get started right away. He was knowledgeable, gave us good ideas and told us what other people had done. He knew what he was doing and that made us feel a lot better. We did not know what we were doing. He cleaned up everything. He let us know when he was going to be doing things that were going to be noisy and he let us know his schedule. He kept us very well informed. He gave us a schedule and kept to the schedule of when it would be done. It took him a couple of weeks. He did his best to keep the cost down. I love my pantry. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Nesselrodt Construction finished our basement.They did all of the walls and doors. He built me a pantry, did the wiring and installed lights.

 + 0 moreGreat immediate contact, wonderful experience going over the work (gave lots of good suggestions and was very comprehensive), promised a detailed quote (he included several optional items), I got a single price total and that was the last I ever heard from them (even though I reached out several times).
Description of Work: Had these folks out and I was really impressed by them, they got back to me with a quote and then... nothing. I sent several text messages as well as emails but never got another response. I was going to give them the work but perhaps they got busy and didn't want my job after all.

 + -1 moreWe had specific needs and desires in mind and Aaron worked with us to ensure it all would come together in a final design. Of course, during the project, changes came about as we modified our requirements and Aaron made suggestions. We often took his advice and other times vetoed his suggestions even though sometimes it cost us more. Overall, the final cost was about 15% higher than the original estimate - mostly due to our requirement changes. Overall, Aaron was very easy to work with and totally professional. We gave him a key to our house and he and his assistant had full access if we were not home. All of our requirements and expectations were met and we are very happy with the end result.
Description of Work: Using our homemade sketches and photos from magazines, Aaron worked with us to come up with a final design of a wall to wall - floor to ceiling wall unit. Approximately 19 feet long x 9 feet high x 18 inches wide, the solid wood unit was built from scratch. The unit houses a new 60" LED TV; DVD player and cable box; open lighted glass shelves for bric a brac on top; closed shelves and drawers for storage on bottom ; dividers in some drawers for CD/DVD storage; bookcase facing the kitchen for cookbooks. Aaron rewired the telephone, cable and electric outlets from the wall so they are easily accessible in the unit. Because of the complexity of the job and the need to ensure accuracy, we invited Aaron to move all of his equipment into our garage where he worked for 2 months to build the unit - moving parts in and out of the house as needed and measuring constantly against the wall to ensure all pieces fit properly once final installation was scheduled after each piece (over 100) was painted and Varathaned.
