MOTHER NATURE'S TREE SERVICE

Did not perform the job they were hired to do so they were not paid. Owner attempted to file law suit but did not carry thru because he misrepresented his company as being a legitimate licensed tree service company exposinging himself to criminal musrepresentation counterter suit. DO NOT HIRE this company unless you are willing to take on the risk of having an unlicensed and uninsured company perform the work.

Rob Whitacre was friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us a reasonable quote for what we needed done. His crew arrived at 7AM and worked continuously to finish the job. They were polite, did the job skillfully, and cleaned up everything before leaving. We were very pleased with their work.

We had a lot of trouble getting a tree service to 1) call us back and 2) maintain appointments. So, sometime in May, I noticed a tree company in the neighborhood doing some tree trimming for 2 houses in the next block. I noted their name and number. I called that evening and within an hour, someone returned my call and agreed to come by to give us an estimate on removing one tree. The next day, we had a message with an estimate. The price was in line with expectations for the size of the tree plus haul-away. We were told scheduling was approximately 7-10 business days. When we called to schedule service, we were trying to fit the job in between two trips that would take us out of town. Mr. Whitacre said he would make sure the job was done before we left for trip #1. It was. We were not home when the work took place, but when we came home, we found the tree removed, the yard remarkably clean and items that could possibly be damaged moved to a safe area of the yard. We were surprised and impressed by the quality of the clean-up. We expected to have lots of debris, leaves, small branches, etc. that we'd have to pick up after the job was completed. We had nothing to do except replace the items that were moved to prevent damage. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

They were referred to us by our neighbor who works in landscaping and they were very good. They actually had the best price and they were very good. We would probably use them in a heartbeat again. The owners name is Rob Whitacre. We live in a Sterling Virginia which is a neighborhood called countryside and he use to all of the tree service for this HOA here. It was very reasonable pricing for the work that they did and it was very good. I went ahead and got a couple of estimates and I obviously went with the cheaper price but they were very good. We removed two trees, one in the backyard and one on the side of the house. They had to use a small tractor to left them up and really cut the trees and stuff. They did no damage to the yard. They were very friendly and they all spoke English. They showed up early which was the only thing but they were fine. They did a good job cleaning up as well as cutting the trees. The price was very reasonable. They did show up a little earlier and there was a little miscommunication which was not a problem. When I was in the backyard trying to pick up poop they used my neighbor's driveway to bring the machine up which did no damage to their driveway. I think because they have worked so much in the countryside most neighbors are aware in order to get to cut the tree because they also have a big machine to chop up all the materials. I was very pleased with the work and they did a very good job. It did not take them long. I thought they were coming at noon but they showed up at eight thirty so there was a little bit of a miscommunication but I think that was because the son who is the owner had to leave on emergency and the father took it over. I'm planning on using them next year for my big tree. Definitely price wise we can't beat them.

They were excellent from beginning to end. They showed up on time and were informative about the job.

Mother Nature did a great job for us, arriving on time and completing all tree services as requested on time and for a fair price. They had a knowledgeable and skilled crew who could remove a storm damaged top of a tree 100 feet up without any collateral damage to other trees or plants. They used a portable lifting platform and a skilled sawman to accomplish the work. They also limbed several other smaller trees. All debris was cleaned up, chipped and removed. Their service was focused on doing the work safely with no damage to surrounding trees or gardens. They provided good value for money. We are pleased with the service and recommend them to anyone seeking similar services..

Outstanding. Worker arrived on time and ready to go to work. Had all necessary equipment and were very professional. Finished the job in less than two hours and it was perfect.

The service was performed quickly and professionally. They brought all of the necessary equipment need to fell both trees, chip the trunk and branches and grind the stumps. We were very satisfied.

They were very prompt and reliable. I feel that the quality of service I received was very good and the price for the work was more then fair.

They had very good promptness and punctuality. Pretty much, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. There recommendations really helped us out.

Rob came to my house in a few days to give an estimate. However, it took about 6 weeks for them to return to do the work. I have used their company for over 20 years and I knew they were worth the wait. They did an excellent job. I did not get another estimate. Maybe the cost was somewhat high. Nevertheless, they were very professional and also they did a great job with the cleanup. I will definitely use them again.

The Leyland's were over 20 feet tall. Rob at Mother Natures Tree Service came out and explained how he would trim their tops and shape the sides to make them more manageable. He also explained how our 3 maple trees could be pruned/thinned to allow them to withstand high winds better. Finally, he proposed cutting our 15' Holly tree back so that it isn't up against the house. We agreed and the company performed all of the work in one day, about 7 days after we agreed to have it done. They brought their wood chipper to make quick work of the cut-off limbs/branches. The price was much more reasonable than other estimates we received. We will work with Mother Nature's Tree Service again in the future.

Mr. Whitacre from Mother Nature was prompt for our initial meeting and gave me a fair estimate on the work I wanted done. His team performed the work as promised and did a very nice job of cleaning up afterward. They saved a large sapling that was under the canopy of the dead pine per my wishes - that could easily have been crushed by the worker's feet or the tree itself. I would use them again for any tree work.

They were $1500 above anyone else, so that's why I didn't go with them. They seemed like nice people, and if the bids were all the same, I'm not certain if I would have gone with them or not.

We live on 5 1/3 acres with a number of large trees (maples and evergreens) as part of the landscaping around the house. While we had had other tree services come in the past, a lot of the trees were trimmed only minimally and the property was beginning to get overgrown. Since the trees are about 45 years old, it was becoming a very dark environment. Mother Nature's Tree Service was very prompt in responding to a call for an estimate. They indicated their availability and called us a few days in advance to confirm when they would be coming. The company works by the day because it has to bring in several pieces of equipment (bucket trucks, wood chipper, etc.), and the price was set by the number of days of work that would be needed. They were prompt in arriving, came with a team of 4 and worked hard and continuously for the full time they had specified. They ended up trimming and completing more that they had estimated they would be able to do in a day. They did a major (severe) pruning except on the trees where I indicated I wanted less trimmed. It opened up the property, and we will now probably be able to get grass to grow where it had all died out over the past 5 years. After so many years of increasing density and darkness, it was quite a change (took me a few days to get used to it). But their advice for how things should be trimmed was right on and the property looks great! I plan to have them back to do some more work on other parts of the property.
