Mother Nature has not been kind to roofers this year with all the rain and wind, but Modern Renovations managed to get the job done in spite of the impediments. Everything they said they would do was done in a very professional manner. The work crew was very efficient, professional, and ready to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up the area so well that with the exception of my having a lovely new roof, it appears as if they might not have been here at all. I've seen quite a few roofing jobs recently and this was the only one that covered the shrubs with tarps to minimize the nails in the yard and flower beds. I am very satisfied with both their work and their office customer service and am happy to recommend them to anyone needing to replace their shingles.

The roof replacement was completed in 2 days. The crew was a hard-working had a great work ethic, covered all the shrubs and took extra time at the end of the day to clean up. My wife and I were very satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend Modern Renovations

They come to you and lay out everything for you in black and white. They don’t leave much to question, but if you have any, they have the answers.

Complete replacement of our roof. Prior to starting work, the sales person explained the process completely and went over the various materials available. The job was completed as scheduled, was well done and cleaned up prior to departure. Good people!

I cannot say enough about Matthew and Modern Renovations. So professional, starting with the sales presentation all the way to the last nail was popped in. The team cleaned as they went, and were so respectful as we went about our daily lives (in and out, in and out). Our new roof looks AMAZING!

Modern Renovations team did a great job replacing our roof and I highly recommend them. Everything was done on time and budget. Matthew Westcott responded very fast to our online request, scheduled home visit, explained the roof replacement process and provided a proposal at the time of visit. We had 3 bids and chose Modern Renovation the mid bid. Matthew managed this roof replacement very efficiently, was very responsive and supportive to our requests always, he is knowledgeable, dedicated and customer oriented taking his time to respond quickly and complete to customer's satisfaction.

Overall a good experience. I liked that Matthew sat down with us and showed us samples of the materials that would be used on our roof and explained what made them better than the standard "contractor grade" materials that were on the roof currently. The crew was able to complete a tear off and replace in about 9-10 hours. The crew was polite and professional. My only complaint would be that word did not get passed along to throw the old shingles off the side, and not front or back, the result of this was some minor landscaping (flowers) damage from shingles landing on top of them and some concern about nails where my dog normally goes out. Matthew offered to remedy the flower damage when I spoke to him after the work was completed and the crew did a very good job cleaning up, so that eased my concerns about nails in the back yard a bit.

Very professional and do a great job!

Nobody ever showed up to do the work after I okayed them to start the job two months ago. They were more interested in replacing my entire roof. Good sales people, nicely dressed, but over-priced. Is there anybody else out there?
