Friendly good people would recommend them to anyone.

There was an unexpected delay the delivery of the material due to delays at the manufacturer. But once the material arrived, the crew showed up and completed the job, including cleanup, quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They do what they tell you they will do.. Everything was explained to me before I signed a contract and they did all of those things and left my property all cleaned up.

I have to call let them know the singles are here , need better communication with vendor. Other wise they on time and did a good job in 1 day.

Modern Renovations is an excellent company. We had our roof replaced and gutters fixed and added the gutter guards. Since we are all dealing with the pandemic issue, it took a little bit more time, but I am extremely satisfied with everything they did from the estimate to finishing up the job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would recommend them to friends and family & we will definitely use them in the future.

The only complaint I have is that I had to call them about when my roof was going to get installed. I think they forgot about me. They said it was because of the virus but when I called they got the ball rolling again. They did do a good job and the price was the best I got. I would recommend them to others but remind them to stay on top of their request.

Work quality above avg. Price was the highest of 3 local quotes. But I wanted the owens corning shingles. Driveway front culvert wall damaged. No driver acknowledgement or apology. No offer to reduce payment.

Nobodyâ s perfect!

We wanted our home shingled. All minor problems were in understanding were quickly corrected. We were please with how soon after we signed the contract the work was done. We were pleased by how quickly the actual roofing was completed

They forgot to cut in my roof vents and I would have never know if I did no go up into my attic to clean up, but they did come back out and fix the problem. They also did not do a very good job cleaning up after. I found a good 50 nails in my driveway, and when I said something to the worker that came back out to fix the roof, he just got out the leaf blower to clean up the nails. They also broke a few things around the house and saw they had broken a few of them because they were moved to another spot. They did fix/replace the objects after I called and talked to the owner.

Excellent workmanship, professionalism with all workers. I am extremely satisfied with my new roof. Larry the owner is straight forward and honest. He's a veteran, as I am, got a 10% discount.

The work was to replace my entire roof. The price was great, the work crew was exceptional and the customer service was as good as it gets! Roofing is a tough hot job - the crew operated in a safe manner, were timely and efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Modern Renovations LLC.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of work by Modern Renovations. I have a large roof with several specialty areas and a logistically difficult property to access. The roofing work was superb and Jim/team took special care when navigating the property.

The materials were shown to me ahead of time, and explained as to how they work. Very impressed. The job was done very well. All contacts were very professional.

Over-all workmanship was great. The 5-man crew work well together, quite an efficient operation. The only negative is some debris, ie a utility knife blade in the grass, and many trampled plants on the south side of the house.

Customer service and its support was excellent. The crew were ontime and completed the roof in one day. Total cleanup was done by the crew so there was no mess left for us to clear from the yard. I have had several of my neighbors comment on what a good looking roof we have
