Everyone that I talked with at Modern Renovations was polite and friendly. They were very timely in getting me an estimate and then getting the work done. My roof looks great!

The customer service that I received from Amanda and Cecil was excellent. Very courteous and thorough. The quality of the work that was done is fantastic. The crew that performed the work was fast, efficient and attentive to keeping the old roofing materials out of areas that they werenâ t supposed to be. The clean up job afterwards was excellent. I would recommend Modern Renovations to anyone in the area that is considering a new roof!

Pleased with the final product (roof). Unfortunately, it was not completed in one day. Materials were left on my lawn and driveway(making the driveway inaccessible) until final items were completed a day and a half later. A glass table was shattered due to material falling from the roof. We were made whole for the table. A Japanese Maple was damaged even though we had cautioned all to be extra careful around it.

These guys are fast and furious... They arrived at 7:15 and removed an old roof and replaced it. Then they cleaned up the job site and left. Entire garage roof done by 1:30 same day and a beautiful job. You can not beat Modern Renovations! Excellent workmanship, and courteous workers. It doesn't get any better than this.

Excellent communication and customer service. We had a leak that they fixed for us right away at no charge, then they scheduled us for the replacement roof we needed. Their price was better by more than $1,500 than the other quote we got. We saved money and got scheduled faster. Amanda was a great communicator. The install was truly professional; these guys did not miss a thing. They even took care to cover our white PVC vent pipes to match the brown roof. Those details make our new roof look fantastic. So unfortunately it was time for our home to have it's roof completely replaced. Our huge summer home project definitely needed to go smoothly and as inexpensive as possible. I did a little research on line and thru Home Advisor and I found Modern Renovations out of Martinsburg WV with a satellite office in Winchester VA. I contacted their office for a free estimate and I was put on their schedule very quickly. An older gentleman showed up (I'm sorry I'm bad with names) and he had already had an estimate in hand. They use Google Earth and some other software to calculate everything ahead of time which was very helpful. The man never gave me the "pushy salesman talk" trying to get me to say yes right then and there which I absolutely respect. I called a 2nd company which is a larger corporation and I had a completely different experience with their estimate. Comparing the two estimates, Modern Renovations beat that other company by $45,000, no that's NOT a typo. The materials were identical and so was the warranties of the materials and workmanship. It's safe to say that I went with Modern Renovations and I'm glad we did. The materials were delivered on time and my roof replacement was done less than a week later. The workers were pleasant and professional making sure my property was safe and clean. They stripped my roof and replaced everything that day. The final bill was exactly what was stated on the estimate. Amanda from the office even called a couple days later to make sure we were happy and happy we are truly. I can't say enough good things about this company so I had to tell my story to help others find these great people at Modern Renovations. Thanks to ALL who made this a pleasant experience. God bless

The entire team from Modern Renovations, LLC was great to work with! They were able to get our entire old roof removed, repaired and the new roof on in less than a day! And their cleanup procedures are AWESOME!! They left our place looking nicer then when they got here. HIGHLY recommend!

They were very professional how they repaired the damaged areas of plywood and installing the new roofing. They completed in 8 hours and removed all debris. Great workers and we are very happy!

The roofing work and crew were excellent, but the amount of damage to the yard due to the number of vehicles was disappointing. More care of our landscaping would have been much appreciated. However, I would use them again and recommend to others as well.
