They did good work replacing my roof and cleaning up afterwards. The only complaint I have is that they didnâ t replace some of the gutter guards that were taken off or knocked off.

Recently had our roof replaced by Modern Renovations after discovering water stains on our living room ceiling. In a panic mode, I contacted them, and Larry was out the next day. Larry was so thorough with all details of contract, that we had no doubt, this was the company we are using. Roof was replaced the following week as Larry understood the urgency. Crew was amazing and clean-up was even more so. Also, office manager, Amanda, was so quick in responding to our questions, which in this day, is quite a super plus! Highly recommend!!!

It was well worth the job

Overall a quality service and product. Felt like commutation could have improved. I had to follow up by calling them a couple of times to get an update. They could have reached out to give me an update on the progress on how things are moving along.

We had a leak in our roof. They were able to pinpoint exactly where it was, and fix it. We were very pleased.

They came right out to quote and were priced good. They were able to schedule it quickly and other than a small delay to finish because of the weather they finished it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Roof looks amazing!
