We had a first class experience with Modern Renovations - after a nightmare experience with a big box store it was a pleasure to do business with people that did exactly what they said when they said it would be done, and in a quality fashion that exceeded our expectations. We also contracted with M.R to have additional work completed at our residence... More to follow!

Cleanup was marginal. Lots of scrap pieces all around the house. Crew was too small to finish in one day as promised. Nice people but promised more than they delivered.

They completed the work on time, didn't cut corners and the crew cleaned up so well I've only found two nails they didn't grab at the end. Best thing, they're Veteran owned and operated! We recently selected Modern Renovation to repair our roof and the shingles. It was a great decision! The work they did was fast, clean and very professional. We had several bad places that had to be replaced. They took pictures of each spot and showed us so we would feel comfortable with the repairs. They were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends!

Overall very professional and stood by their word. Had one issue that was taken care of the same week. Customer service was great. Needed to do a bit better job in cleaning up still nails in the yard but I think some of that is to be expected. I would recommend them in a heart beat

Overall experience was great! What makes this company stand out is the Customer Service and follow up after installation. They spent additional time explaining my roofing quote and were patient as I worked with my insurance company. I ran into only one minor issue with cleanup which was resolved quickly because of their amazing customer service. Love that this company does a follow up the day after completion. After I explained to them my issue they took it very seriously and the owner even came out to my home to insure it was resolved. The young lady in the office called me back to apologize and put me at ease with her promise to resolve the issue. They even had a meeting to discuss the issue and insure it didn’t happen in the future. This was huge for me as things are always going to happen with major home projects but how they are resolved is the important thing! The whole experience was smooth and stress free! Thank you and I will definitely use you in the future.

Prompt, efficient work, all done in one day. They answered all questions, cleaned up after themselves, and in general did a very good job. The roof looks great.

Mother Nature has not been kind to roofers this year with all the rain and wind, but Modern Renovations managed to get the job done in spite of the impediments. Everything they said they would do was done in a very professional manner. The work crew was very efficient, professional, and ready to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up the area so well that with the exception of my having a lovely new roof, it appears as if they might not have been here at all. I've seen quite a few roofing jobs recently and this was the only one that covered the shrubs with tarps to minimize the nails in the yard and flower beds. I am very satisfied with both their work and their office customer service and am happy to recommend them to anyone needing to replace their shingles.

The roof replacement was completed in 2 days. The crew was a hard-working had a great work ethic, covered all the shrubs and took extra time at the end of the day to clean up. My wife and I were very satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend Modern Renovations
