Only problem i had was they showed up at 5:30 am when i wasn t expecting them until 7:30. I just told them they had to wait and they did. Otherwise very friendly and easy to deal with.

They showed up on time, finished in one day and did a thorough clean up. Time will tell about durability. but they used top rated shingles and there is a good warranty.

Very fast and efficient installation. Crew was friendly and professional. 4.5 stars for customer service as it scheduling of the job was not as transparent as I would have liked, and payment through their financing company required too many phone calls to complete. I would hire this company again.

Good professional crew, cleaned up outdoors very well during and after job. Created a bit of a mess inside when replacing skylights. Price of skylights ( an unexpected add on to roof job ) a little high. Roof looks good!

I was impressed with the workmanship and how quick my roof was removed and replaced all in one day. Materials were delivered on a Wednesday and installed the next day. Everything was clean and spotless. Very good communication with the company throughout my project. I highly recommend them.

Our old roof was removed and the new one was done on the same day, including adding ridge vents. They even replaced some fascia cladding a few days later which blew off due to unusually high winds.

In spite of them telling us they would give us advance notice when they would be coming, they just showed up first thing in the morning both for the roof and gutter installs. Also we requested touchup paint to cover some minor scratches - we are still waiting. Good people - the crews were professional, courteous and fast. We would use them again.
