As far as I know the quality is high. The salesperson explained the procedure and it seemed thorough. Customer service was very good. They cleaned up everything after they finished. Removed a layer of shingles and replaced the roof in one day for my townhouse.

They were amazing. I had two layers of shingles that they had to remove and add roof vents on a decent size colonial style house that is 3 stories to the back with a 2 car garage that extends to one side and a family room that sticks out on the back. They dropped off the materials and placed the shingles one day. A few days later they arrived just after 7 am and were done by 5 and not a scrap was left by the crew. My neighbor whose house sits higher than mine said the crew was like a machine. There was not anyone standing around each knew they had a specific task to get the job done. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Modern

For a one man show Cecil did a fantastic job. Once he started the job never stopped even during the hot weather. Could not tell a job was done with the expert clean up. Discussed the job on Monday and was to start on Wednesday but the rain stopped that. Cecil returned early Thursday and completed the job the same day. I will keep Modern Renovations in minds for other jobs.

Everything went great! They were accommodating with numerous rescheduling requests. And through the process answered all our questions and concerns. Made sure we were kept up to date on the process and timeline!

Modern Renovations installed laminate floors for us on the entire downstairs of our 3,300 square foot home and we have been extremely pleased with the job that they did. They were recommended by the flooring company where we purchased our flooring. We went with a luxury vinyl which was flawlessly installed. It's been close to a year since we had the work done and the workmanship has held up wonderfully. They were careful with our trim and even fixed a plumbing leak at no charge when they saw it as they were installing the floors. The price charged for installation was competitive as compared to the other quotes we got. One thing that stood out to us was that Modern Renovations is a family owned business and it shows. We thought the guys who came and did the work were nice and respectful and this is important to us when we have people working in our home who we don't know. I would not hesitate to recommend Modern Renovations to those looking to have flooring installed.

Unbelievably hardworking crew! My job required removal of roof down to the joists. I was on site and personally witnessed two days of quality work. After being on the roof all day in the heat, humidity, and rain, they still ensured the site was left spotless at completion of job. Would definitely recommend and use again.
