This outfit is first class from start to finish! The company rep, Jon, came out and spent about 2 hours going over the product choices and installation. Gave me a quote (check around, you won't do better) and even arranged financing. The roofing materials were delivered promptly. The pros came out and installed the roof in one day. It looks great! They also thoroughly cleaned up the property. I am very impressed with the product and the installation. I would recommend Modern Renovations to anyone looking to replace or repair a roof. The bottom line is - they are a first class operation that rocks!

The staff was easy to work with and the salesman was professional and answered all my questions. I scheduled the roof replacement to be accomplished while we were out of town. The work was of high quality; however, the cleanup was not. I called the company and they sent someone out that day to do a thorough cleanup around the house (remove nails from ground, pickup wrapping from shingle packs, properly reinstall dish cables, etc.) I believe that if a supervisor had properly inspected the work the extra cleanup day would not have been necessary. When all is said and done, I m very pleased with my new roof and would recommend Modern Renovations for your roofing needs. Also, they give a discount to veterans.

From estimate through finished product, the company was professional, informative and they did a great job for a very fair price. They were the lowest quote, were honest, transparent and did not engage in high pressure sales. Jackson (in sales) visited twice in the quote phase so that my husband could also hear from him before we decided. Amanda in scheduling was informative, knowledgeable and patient. She honored a discount we forgot about and answered my many questions. Cecil who repaired our soffit for a reasonable price when he could have up-sold us was great to work with and the installation crew was quick, courteous and did a great job. They completed my 4K SF roof in just over 2 days including clean-up. I highly recommend this company, best customer and real-people service I have experienced in a long time.
