Mr. Cook was quick and professional when providing a quote for services and estimated the job would take one week, which it did exactly. He used high quality products and provided a large professional crew who were very considerate and polite, even when they had to stop what they were doing and let someone pass by, over and over and over. Once the wallpaper and glue was off the walls, new plaster went up and the walls were sanded very smoothly. This is an old building and it is very difficult to get a smooth finish, without waves or cracks, but they did it in almost all places. Primer and paint went on quickly (large crew) and trim work was exceptional - obviously an experienced trim painter(s) did the work. Once we became familiar with the quality of work this crew provided, we requested some additional work, adding on a three- floor stairwell. Mr. Cook had no problem with the extra time required from him and the work was done timely and well. During the entire job, this crew kept the office vacuumed and as neat as possible. When everything was done, the furniture moved back and the floors vacuumed, the workers even offered to re-hang the artwork on the walls. Mr. Cook would not accept payment, partial or full, until the entire job was completed and we were fully satisfied. The only downside for this job, if you can even call it a downside, was that the crew started at 7:30 in the morning. Luckily, most days we had someone who was here to let them in. On the days we didn't have someone available, we gave them a key and they started without us. We will definitely use this company again if we ever have painting needs and highly recommend them to everyone.

Arranged for services in January and in August told us he didn't have time and it was my fault for not scheduling him earlier. I have in writing that he was to schedule it. I would never do business with this guy. Now I am left with finding a painter at the end of a season.Buyer beware.
