Mike and his crew did an amazing job and for far less cost than we expected. Our floors- Over 3,400sf of original heart pine floors in a Shenandoah Valley house built around 1880. The team was professional, timely, courteous, and best of all the work was done with very minimal dust and cleanup needed! Not only were they skilled and knowledgeable, they communicated clearly with us at every step; instructions for setting up the project, what to expect as they proceeded, what the finished product would look like including providing a mockup to see how the floors would take the stain, and they exceeded their own plans by finishing the work sooner than expected. We highly recommend Mike's Flooring and will gladly provide references for Mike and his crew long into the future.

Professionalism and skill led to some seriously beautiful floors in our new home. We reached out to Mike to get a quote for refinishing the existing floors which were severely damaged (scratched and worn) from the previous owners' dogs. We also wanted to extend hardwood into the living room space which was carpet at the time. The results were excellent and we were amazed that it was impossible to find where the transition from hardwood to carpet had been. All the scratches from the previous owners' dogs were gone and they also did a great job matching the bullnose trim to the floors as well as the cabinets which were a different color. I would strongly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to install new or refinish existing hardwood floors!

Mike and his team did an excellent job! He immensely helped us make the right choices in the planning stage and kept us updated all throughout the project. He was always flexible and responsive to our requests. Mike and his team were very efficient and superbly skilled. The final outcome was just amazing and stunning! The work they had done on the floor transformed our house into one that looks so flawlessly elegant. The work they did was very detailed even in the smallest and hidden areas. That is professionalism at its best! We are just so happy, so content and so enjoying our house with the beautiful floor. We truly are grateful and thankful for their awesome job!

Great job! They even helped me get my TV, DVD, VHS, and computer and printer installed. I really appreciated that because I am not good with all this technology. They swept up the debris when they were down and hauled away all the carpet etc. The only suggestion I have is that it would help if they used a vacuum after sweeping. That would get rid of even more dust. Mike, thank you so much! I love my new floors!

Excellent, Mike was able to match the color of our second floor hardwood pretty closely, and made our beat up floors look like new again.

Highly Recommend 10 stars I was getting desperate to find someone to add new wood flooring and finish some old flooring because of a remodel job that was done. Since we had several walls taken out, it left us with some screwed up flooring so I began my search within the Winchester and Loudoun area and to my amazement my job was either to small and not worth anyone's time to do or they just didn't call back or made excuse up that they were way to busy, Really?? I found Mikes custom flooring by way of a review so I called and he came out gave me a quote with a very good price, so within a month they started the job and finished the job and it looks AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
