Merry Maids' work is spotty. A lot gets missed and management follow through is minimal.

My experience has gone very well. The staff is very professional and friendly while visiting. The pricing is reasonable and I have been pleased with the outcome of their services. I would recommend this company to others.

What a great job! Just in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

They damaged our interior walls with their cleaning supplies. I complained to Darrel about that. He granted us a free cleaning at that point. When they came back for the free cleaning was the day that my truck ended up with a thousand dollars worth of damage on it. It had a large dent on the drivers side front fender. I called to complain about this dent. Because I didn't see this happen they didn't claim the damage. It looked like a vacuum had hit the truck from my perspective. At this point I decided to cut this service loose(fire them). They then charged me a $300 service charge for breaking the contract, but every time they came out they damaged something.

I have been quite pleased, and they are very accommodating.

I have been in a cast on my right arm for 3 weeks with 3 weeks left to go and cannot do anything that usually comes naturally to me including the housework so I called Merry Maids. Stacy came out and was fantastic from the start with all her knowledge, professionalism, help, advice and understanding. We went through the house and decided on what needed to be done and how it would be done the cost, [which is very, very good], we then set up a time to start. Two ladies came out on Monday and spent 4 hours cleaning the house ,they did things that even I do not do when I do the housework, from dusting every picture on the walls to moving and cleaning behind cabinets. They got behind and under the bed changed the sheets, scrubbed and cleaned the floors in the bathrooms and also our hardwood floors. We have a window approximately 18 feet up which they were able to get a long broom to and wipe off the edge where there were a lot of ladybugs. They did the ceiling fans, the stair bannisters, all the skirting boards around the base of the walls even in behind hard to reach places, places I do not even get into, best way to put it, If it didn't move it got cleaned. They left the house spotlessly clean and refreshed. We set up a schedule which will last for 8 visits, coming out every 2 weeks, which will be at a cheaper rate than the first cleaning due to the first celaning being so intense, but based on what they did for me, the courteous, friendly attitude of the ladies that I have dealt with so far, I think this is going to be a permanent thing. They have certainly restored my opinion of companies in this area which was severely floundering, after having so many bad contractors out to our house to do work that needed to be done or to fix things that needed to be fixed. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thanks so much. 100% satisfied.
