The complete job went great , from the initial contact, to digging out the area, installed forms-gravel-rebarb- then made suthre the layout was acceptable with the wife & myself ! The next day the concrete was poured, stamped and looked great. The next visit they applied several coats of sealer & tinted the border. They followed up the following Monday to do a final walk-thru of the project to be sure we were pleased & happy with their work & performance We certainly are..

To be fair, I was contacted by the owner of this company. He apologized profusely for not getting back to me and without going into much detail had a very reasonable excuse. My honest opinion, the owner was sincere in his apology. I always like to support small businesses and would hate to think that someone would be dissuaded from giving this company a chance because of my isolated experience. It was what it was and I'll chalk it up to bad timing. This company did come highly recommended by several of my neighbors so if you are on the fence about calling, please give them a chance. I have an idea your experience will be much better than my initial experience. Had I not already had the work done, I would have been willing to give Lasting Impressions the opportunity to give me a quote for my project. PREVIOUS REVIEW - I've been trying to find a contractor to come out to give me an estimate for a stamped concrete patio. It's a project that's been on my mind for quite some time so I was excited to begin contacting companies for estimates. This company came highly recommended by others who live in my neighborhood not only for price, but also for quality. I checked out their website and was impressed with their picture gallery of past projects. So why the negative rating? I contacted this company by phone over one week ago and left a voice mail asking them to contact me about an estimate for a stamped concrete patio. I didn't hear back after a couple of days so giving them the benefit of the doubt, I filled out the contact us form on their website. Now one week later again and still nothing. My thought, if a company can't be bothered to at least respond to a potential customer, what will their customer service be like after I put down a deposit for the work. Sorry, but I will be looking elsewhere. Very disappointing!

All aspects of the service was excellent include a very reasonable price and quality that exceeded my expectations

They do great work and are here when they say they will be. Wanted rounded steps and they worked with us and did a nice job. I am very happy with the look of our new patio.
