They were the best! They had to come out twice due to the amount of work I needed, but started right away. They were timely and truly worked to keep the prices low on materials. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and would hire them again, if need be.

We were very good! The gentlemen who came out was very professional. They have a minimum charge just to come out, but they were upfront with that information so there were no surprises. I would recommend calling them out when you have multiple jobs due to the minimum.

They wanted to charge too much so I didn’t hire them. I wound consider getting another estimate with them in the future though.

It was fine. I felt the cost was expensive though.

The quality is excellent, but I’ve had to call them back several times because the cracks keep reoccurring so it might be more of a problem with the home. After they fix them they look really good though. They have been really responsive to coming back out. The initial cost was very reasonable and the crown molding was an additional $200, but even that wasn’t too bad.

I didn't have a good experience with him and I wouldn't recommend him. He was greatly overpriced and it was ridiculous what he charged me. I recommended him to my girlfriend and the guy was hitting on my girlfriend. He did a really crappy job on the light fixture and he gave a really bad information.

They were prompt, professional and pleasant. I did get other quotes and found them to be expensive. While I did revise the worklist slightly (added several things and removed one item), I found that I was able to get approximately the same work done for quite a bit less. I was happy with the quality of the work done by the chosen vendor. I would also recommend to them that they revise their quote format as I found it to be confusing. Actual dollar amounts assigned to each proposed task would make it easier to evaluate their pricing.

It was done on time with good quality. Received a reasonable quote before the work and no surprise afterward. Highly satisfied with the overall services provided.

Initial contract was to pain one bedroom, interior stair risers, front door and exterior trim. The price quote came in about $30 less than another company. I accepted the offer and paid in advance. The work was done 2 weeks later. Upon inspection, we found that there was one riser left unpainted and the exterior trim around the garage door light was also left unpainted. It took 4 weeks and several emails and phone calls to get the contractor to respond and finish the work. Because we asked them to re-enter the house to finish the stairs, we also asked for an estimate to repaint the ceiling in the kitchen, caused by a water stain. We told them to begin work if the cost did not exceed $250. They began work, however, instead of repainting, they repaired it (removed the drywall around the stain, replaced, and plastered.) They did not repaint as directed. I asked them to stop all work on the house. After several email and phone discussions, they admitted to their mistake and did not charge me for the work that was already done ($235 value). We agreed that no more work would be done and we would end our contract as is. I am still waiting on the contractor to return the house keys. Overall, the work done by the contractor, Tony, was satisfactory, although incomplete. The problem with this company is their management, which is unresponsive and lacks attention to detail. Manager was not responsive to our emails and did not pay attention to details of our painting request. I would not recommend this company based on their management of work contracts. The quality of the work and the cost was good and competitive.

They sucked. They did not solve any of my problems. I feel like they robbed me. In my case, they screwed me. They did not have the skills to do what I asked. They took on a job that they should have said no to. They tried to solve my leaky window by putting on bigger gutters. They were trying to use me as an ACM.

Franchise promptly returned my calls and handyman came 2 days later for estimate. Date scheduled had to be postponed a day due to weather, but handyman and franchise kept me informed. Jason arrived on time, completed inside work first to avoid tracking water/dirt into the house later. He did a beautiful job on all areas, working from bottom to top, then doing a final rinse of lower levels. He was even able to work around a 1000-lb cast iron pot-bellied stove on the patio. Carefully replaced all items to original sites on decks and patio. VERY professional - I highly recommend him!

He called back promptly after I called and when I told him what needed to be done, he gave me great advice on what I would need to do. He felt like it was something that may be covered by the house warranty. I appreciated him being so honest.

They were fine and on time. They explained what they were working on. They told us of any issues we could eventually have in the future with the way current breaker box was set up. They did contact us back with their own survey tracking to see how things went as well, so it was always nice. They do care. It was good what they did and we didn't have the problem anymore. The company has different contractors that they work with. We could set up a lot of things with the same company, which was nice. It was pretty quick turnaround time and we didn't have to wait for somebody to come out here.

The walls looked completely new after the repairs. Would definetly hire Handyman Connection and especially Jason to come and do any needed repair work.

I called, they set up a date for an electrician to come out. He came on time and returned. They called me with the estimated price, I said lets do it and we set a time. They came out and installed the ground rods. The only thing I could see different is the ground wire going to the panel should be inside the wall. because the garage has open studs they put it outside, so if I want to install drywall I need to relocate the wire. I didnt say anything about this as I was ok with it.

failed to remove water filter, and set temperature/heat on.Handymen is a service with multiple contractors, they have different contractors for different tasks. Handymen monitors who gets sent, when they arrive. In this case, the handyman was not able to remove a water filter as part of winterizing a home, which leaves the house vulnerable for a water pipe blowing up from freezing. also, he forgot to leave the heat on before he left. both those issues are costly mistakes, considering that is what we hired them for.

Julius was the service worker. He was on time, polite and went straight to work. I would certainly use this company.

I recommend them. They are reasonable, come on time and do their job. My daughter recommended them to me. It was quality work for a reasonable price. I plan on using him again this summer.

They were a way to high. They were very professional when they came out. They were very professional in their analysis and gave me a formal estimate but their price was very high. I would not use them because of their price.

Electricians arrived EXACTLY on time at 8:00 a.m. They introduced themselves, inspected the work to be done, provided a written estimate (which I accepted) and jumped right into it. The workmen were neat and clean in appearance and wore Handyman Connection tee-shirts. Both men were professional and knowledgeable. They had little need for installation instructions and appeared to have done similar work many times. I miscounted the number of smoke detectors I needed (5 needed but only four on-hand). The men were willing to wait while I ran to the store to get another smoke detector (I was unable to find the model I wanted.) I returned to the house just as they finished their inspection of the basement. They provided a written list of electrical code violations but explained that none were urgent, dangerous or a fire hazard. The work they did in 1-1/2 hours would have taken me half a day at least. I don't have the knowledge or experience to have done the basement inspection. These guys will be the ONLY electricians I'll ever have in my house in the future.
