the trellises weren't even, altho i pointed out they could be lined up 2 bricks from the roofline for an easy mark and one had to be moved. he was pleasant about it, but when i wanted the holes in the mortar filled in, he said, he'd just cover that with the trellis. he also made it clear that he didn't like to be watched while working. the sod was not dug out but the grass top scraped off with the shovel. i didn't check his work, i asked why the dirt was so level, and he said he'd shaken the soil back in and tamped it down, the grass tops didn't tell me anything as they'd been dropped into a depression in the yard and grass was all that showed. when i went to dig in the plants, i had all the roots still there, untouched. he got finished with the gutters in half an hour and i asked if he'd done the gutters all the way around, and he said yes, they weren't bad except where the maple tree dropped seeds in. a lie. he didn't even remove the maple tree seedlings, he pushed them down into the gritty dirt in the gutters. he was gone in 2hrs 15 min. the company followed up with phone call after phone call to get me to sign on for the next project i'd mentioned, offering to fix anything else needed and was i happy with their work? running a business and too steamed to be nice about spending $100 an hour to get nothing done, i didn't call back right away. when i did take a call mid message, that they were eager to do my next project, i told them i was dissatisfied with the first one, and all the ways in which the handyman failed, the offer to "take care of" anything unsatisfactory disappeared in an instant. i have dated digital photos of rainwater overrunning the gutters right after he did the work (which inspired me, a 68 yr old female, to get on a ladder and find out why. save your money. hire a teenager for $20 an hour.

All went smoothly. I was just concerned he didn't wear a mask as there was a good deal of dust. He cleaned up and removed all the debris very well. The price included AL discount. Well worth what I paid, particularly because it was done quickly on short notice. I am getting estimates for additional work.

Without asking permission first the OWNER of the company substituted sub-standard non-specified materials in order to finish the job. I would not do business with this company again. Enough said.

Paul cleaned the gutters and replaced the mailbox. There were three other men that hung a ceiling fan, replaced some light bulbs, put a new outlet in the garage, and hung a chandelier. They were there exactly when they said they would be. The work was wonderful. We are going to have them come back for some more work.

The service was excellent. I liked the professionalism. They did the job I wanted them to do, and in a proper manner of time. I thought it was a little bit pricey.

he workman who came to do the job was extremely polite, and he saved us money by straightening out the pice of siding that was stripped from the house, which enabled him to put the piece on while he was at our house. He did a very fast and excellent job.

We’ve used them three times. It’s really easy to schedule service, whether or not you use the online form or call in. Callback is normally within 24 hours. They have really competent people. We like that you can bundle small jobs together, the price is reasonable, and they will come out for jobs that are normally difficult to get someone to come out for. Terry is one of the biggest reasons that we keep using them. We ask for him by name and they try to accommodate that.

I've used them for around three years. It's simple to schedule service and the staff is exceptional at returning phone calls. They're always professional, on time, and polite. The stairs look good.

Unfortunately, they do not install fencing, but they were very responsive and kind enough to provide a list of fence installers in the area.

It went beautifully and we now have a beautiful fireplace. I would recommend him. That is one of the many projects we have had done and will continue to use him for more projects in the future.

Excellent, Paul did an outstanding job on both projects. He took pride in his craft and in the workmanship of his repairs.

I was selling my house and the inspector found the fan was venting into the attic. I needed to have a professional vent it to the outside.. The HVAC tech was on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and had it vented to the outside soffit in a less than half an hour. it looks good, not noticeable and now I meet code. I thought the price was a bit high. I have a one story ranch and all he had to do was cut a hole in the soffit, reach in and pull down the vent. Other than that he did a wonderful job and I am happy.

Gutter was excellent except he needs to come back & fix small leak. Decks are perfect; he still needs to remove some debris from under the deck, which he promised to do. We've hired this company (Paul) to do our next project in 2 weeks so you can see we are satisfied with the service.

It turned out very well; we were really pleased and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They call to confirm the appointment, call the morning of, and afterward send a review form.

The guy that came to do the estimate was nice, friendly and appeared knowledgable. I decided to go with a painter with 25plus years of experience. The lady I spoke with to set up the estimate was very friendly and scheduling was convenient and fast. I will most likely contact them again in the future for other estimates on some outside work I need completed.

They got it all checked and we were good to go. They were on time and were always easy to get a hold of. They always have contracts with someone who can do the maintenance that needs to be done. I like the fact that they are a big company because it might get tougher to deal with smaller companies.

They did a good job. the ceiling looked great when finished. The only complaint was that I noticed some spakel dripped onto my front porch and was not cleaned up. I cleaned it myself, but I am sure they would have come back and taken care of it.
