Description of Work: I called Glen at 9:45 am when we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. He answered immediately and was at our house in 25 minutes!! Wow, talk about fast service! When he arrived I showed him the sink and he discovered the disposal was leaking. He called someone in his company that brought the new disposal unit to our house in 15 minutes. In the mean time I told him one of our toilets was running constantly and he took the toilet apart completely and replaced the entire guts of the toilet and replaced the flap and even reset the tank and replaced the seal. Then he replaced the food disposer in the kitchen. I'm so happy I called him because when he was finished he was so thourough he checked the other side of the kitchen sink and found it was also leaking. He replaced the whole drain on that sink and put in pvc to replace the old metal pipes. He was fantastic! And what a fair price. I was expecting the bill to be at least $800. Not to mention he was at my house in 25 minutes. I wish I could give him an A++ . Thanks again Glen

Description of Work: There was a slow leak in a bathroom sink and Mr. Sauder diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: Checked throughout for source of sewer gas smell. He installed drain under bathroom sink and capped washer drain in the kitchen. I was very pleased with his work; with his professionalism; and his pricing.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucets. Installed new valve on one exterior water line.

Description of Work: Drained and removed malfunctioning water heater. Installed new water heater along with additional cutoff valves, copper piping and fittings, relief pipe, expansion tank, and new metal pan. Tested new equipment and thorououghly cleaned up.
