+ 0 moreJohn Johnson and wife Jessica Johnson took the deposit in excess of $10,000 and never came back. Now we have a lawsuit against Encore Builders, John Johnson, and Jessica Johnson. They move around a lot to attempt evasion. At first he said he would mail back the deposit. Then the check was in the mail. Then he stopped all communications. Address on file here is a storage locker. Other address on Weems Lane is a PO box. Third address on Milroy is a house he is desperately trying to sell. New address on Morlyn Dr. is in Stephenson, VA. Buyer beware!
