The company was prompt in responding, provided clear details on their services. They provide service every 2 months, and have provided 2 treatments thus far. Therefore, I can't determine if the service is effective until additional treatments are made.

I spoke to a woman with Dodson Brothers, who assured me someone would call me by the next day. To date, they still have not responded to my plea for help. I'm glad I was able to reach another Angie's List service provider (Home Paramount Pest Control, Winchester, VA) who not only responded that same day, they came to my residence later that afternoon to assess the issue, and completed the work for the following day. If the issue (birds nesting in my chimney) was something that Dodson Brothers did not want to pursue or was unequipped to handle, I wish they had been professional enough to return my call and let me know that. I'm sorry - with the exception of the woman who took my initial call (SHEwas very professional, polite and helpful), I unfortunately have nothing good to say. I hope this helps someone else save time and seek assistance elsewhere. Sheryl

They were here promptly.Representative was very polite and friendly. He even made a special trip back out to the house the next day to bring us a copy of the inspection report personally.

It is a big company. They were recommended to me by another person. One pays a 10% of the total amount a year and they guarantee that you will never have anymore termites. Over all they were very good but this was my first experience with them. I find their price okay because my house is pretty big, it 200 ft around. But I have not done any comparison. Somebody else recommended I just used them. I would use them in the future.

When they come and provide service, that's fine. I told them to only call me when they are coming. They keep calling and trying to change the day and time.
