They were very responsive in providing an estimate for installing the driveway, which was more than the rest but given what they were going to do, it was reasonable. They were very professional and seemed to know what they were talking about. Once the estimate was provided, they informed me that the installation date would be late May or the first week in June 2013 since they had a large VDOT contract to complete first. This was fine as they were managing my expectations. However, once the first week of June came and went and no one had called me, I called them to find out when they would be showing up and was informed that it would likely now be mid to late June as they had a large contract to complete yet again and that once they were in my area they would come out to do my driveway. It was at this point that I started looking for new estimates as I became worried about running into weather should it take the new contractor just as long. Come late June and they still hadn't arrived, I had received other estimates that were lower from other contractors on Angie's List and called to cancel the contract. I understand that I may not be a big VDOT contract but when a business accepts a contract that is a promise to provide a service to a customer in a timely manner. They shouldn't continually push it off because they keep getting bigger contracts afterwards.

They communicate well with their customers. They inspected what was the problem and told us what needs to be done. They were very responsible and very good to deal with. They came in on time and finished the job on time. Overall they provided us an excellent service.
