+ -1 moreMy wife and I used Budget Blinds to install new blinds in our townhouse. Overall we had blinds installed in 5 rooms - a total of 8 different blinds. The appointment went well and we were able to choose the types of blinds and options we needed. The pricing was good and was less than another quote we had received from another vendor. After we place the order it took a few weeks for the blinds to come in (they are custom fit), and the installation took less than 1 hour. Everyone we worked with was very professional and we would definitely recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreOnce the window treatments were ordered, we were advised it would take approximately 3-4 weeks to get them in. They were here in 3 weeks. The installation went very smoothly and the installer even arrived earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. The installation took a couple of hours as predicated, and all the packing materials and trash were taken away. Again, a very professional job. The only unexpected issue we had was a snag in the material of one roman shade. The installer documented the faulty shade for replacement and we expect it to be replaced within the same time frame as the original order.
Description of Work: This was the second time we have used Budget Blinds in this house. We have enjoyed working with them because they were great about doing only a few rooms at a time. The initial apt. was a year ago, and we installed plantation shutters in several rooms. This time we decided to do a few more rooms by installing both plantation shutters and roman shades. Wayne was quick to remember working with us previously and he brought all the information and demensions gotten during the first meeting. This saved a great deal of time for both of us. It was very convenient to work with both the same company and person.

Dealing with the owner and not a commisioned sales person made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. Scott's enthusiasm and passion for his business was evidennt from the first appointment untill the final install. I will definitely recommend Budget Blinds to all of my friends and family.
