They did a very good job and I would hire them again. They are very polite and I would recommend them.

Need a new metal roof. Apparently he was either too busy or not interested in doing a metal roof or gutter work. Promised a quote and call back. Knows I have a big problem with leaking situation and needed the work ASAP. He never even bothered to get back with me. Very unprofessional. Not sure why he bothered to show up if he wasn't going to take the time to give a quote. Why show up if you don't want to work? Wouldn't even return a call after I called and left message to please get back with me. Waste of time. Unprofessional not to even give a return call back.

Once work was started it continued uninterrupted without delay. One part was unfinished until delivery of materials. The proprietor asked only for partial payment until the work was finished (the next day incidentally). Prior to beginning, Mr. Feathers took pains to explain to me why architectural shingles were the most feasible choice. We were considering another more expensive option that would have entailed new siding if done correctly. I appreciate his effort to help us select the best, not most profitable option.

Went well. Honest and reliable contractor

On May 10, 2011, I called their number and left a message, saying that I wanted to talk to him about some needed roof repair. He never returned my call. This happened the year before, as well, although I don't have the date. Just no call-back.

Bo Feathers came out after I was told I needed a new roof and told me I still had 5-8 years left on this one and took the time to show me why this was true. I appreciated being saved $10,000 at Christmastime! He is very punctual, professional and insured and was recommended to me by several friends who had personal experiences which were excellent. I will definitely be giving him a call in a few years.
