mike was very prompt, courteous, and professional. Had tv test to ensure clarification and did thorough cleanse when he was finished.

It went very well. The technician (Mike) called me first thing in the morning while I was at work and we went over all the details. Mike had to dig a trench, install a light fixture, install a switch in the garage, drill through a brick wall, install a day/night sensor and disconnect an old switch. He cleaned up after himself and everything works and looks great. This is the 3rd time we have used A+ and are very happy with their work. My only criticism is I thought the fee was a bit high for about 6 hours of work and material. But this will not stop me from calling them again.

They arrived promptly and went right to work. Everything was completed on time and to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and with the results. I will be calling them for future projects.

We needed closet doors in the bedroom. A+ picked them up, installed them, and cleaned up afterwards. Smooth and effortless.

Really, the final project turned out to be almost a custom built hunting cabin. It started out as a really lousy shed kit with no instructions (not their fault; too long of a story that involves a really horrid vendor not connected with Jim's group) and missing parts. Jim and his crew, from the very beginning though the first phone call, helped to soothe all anxieties. They were able work smoothly and efficiently with us. Mike heard exactly what our vision was and just about built it from scratch and scraps from the "kit". Also, this was done in the middle of a 20 acre property with no running water and no electricity. Yes, I'm dead serious and not exaggerating - they truly rose to the challenge. In the end, the project It was completed within budget and within the expected time frame. Going back to the first phone call and carrying through to the last phone call, Jim was open, honest and factual about what could be done and what the expectations were going to be. Mike exceeded our expectations with the build; his skill set is truly solid. He is also very personable, trustworthy and professional. We are truly grateful for them pulling a miracle from what could have been a disaster. We look forward to utilizing their services in a more conventional setting in the future.

The most important traits in any contractors is as far as I am concerned ,timeliness and reliability. A+ passed with flying colors and they did great work.
