+ -1 moreThey made an appointment and showed up on time ready to work. They cleaned three area carpets and was sensitive to the carpets make up and construction. Being wool he turned down the temperature and pressure used. After he was finished with one carpet he did not think it was up to standards and redid the carpet from another direction to ensure he caught all dirt caught in the nap. as cleaning solution over sprayed onto the wood floor he quickly wiped it up maintaining a clean dry area.
Description of Work: Cleaned three room carpets and did an excellent job and just as important they were on time most professional.

+ -1 moreWhen I called to ask about this service the phone was answered promptly and politely by the owner. He offered me a few times for the service and confirmed the date and time twice. It is a family owned and operated company. Price was very reasonable: including a 20% discount, 600 square feet of carpet was cleaned for $203.
Description of Work: Cleaned badly stained carpets that had not been cleaned in 3 years. Moved furniture around to clean under, then moved it back. Pre-spotted stains. Said if stains came back to call and they would return at no extra charge and try again. Both young men came precisely on time, clean and neatly dressed with company logo on jackets. Introduced themselves, confirmed the work they would provide, measured and gave me the cost before beginning. They explained their procedures and quietly and quickly went about cleaning the carpets. They were here for approximately one hour.
