The mission of the company is to build homes that are beautiful, energy efficient, and suit the lifestyle of the buyer. Customer service is our Number One priority. Creating a dream home for an appreciative customer is part of the joy of being in the custom home business. We provide a warranty manual to each new homeowner and back it up with a full service warranty department. We offer a complete remodel division, Home Enhancements, which was started and run by Brad Harbin, Scott Maynor, and Sharon Thomas – an employee with the company since 1995. Their attention to detail has won them acclaim from so many homeowners and awards with the PHBA Remodel Council. Their free estimates and competitive pricing along with the quality product they produce make them a first class remodeling company. Description of Work: "The construction of an addition was done well, with just a few glitches which affected the rating. We had specified bi-fold closet doors, but singles were installed. The plumbing controls in the large walk-in shower were awkwardly placed and could not be modified. There was a measurement problem initially, which meant some footers had to be redone, adding to the construction time. | |On the plus side, most of the sub-contractors were very good, and the project manager was always responsive. Over all, we are pleased with the result."
