WOW! If you yearn for a terrific example of customer service the way it used to be, LOCKS 101 is your company! We have a rental home in another state other than where we reside. After our tenants moved out, we wanted to re-key all of the locks for 3 entry points (both door locks and dead bolt locks) for a total of 6 locks.
