This company collects my garbage weekly. It also offers special removals service. I hired them to remove a huge collection of broken appliances, broken furniture, large amount of junk and heavy worn hot tub cover - a truck full of heavy trash. The company representatives are very professional and friendly. It was very easy to make an appointment for service. The staff arrived promptly and worked efficiently. The charge for removal service was very reasonable. I appreciate that this company will not only collect weekly trash, but will also help families by allowing special pick ups of large items like appliances, furniture and other large haul items. The best part of this company is that the company is a local family operation. The staff knows their customers and cares about them! I am very happy to support this small local business. Their customer service and work ethic is wonderful! I have been a customer for many years and I strongly recommend this company to anyone in the Williamsburg, VA area!

We used this company for almost 30 years. They have done a decent job, but I think they are still using the same truck they used in the 1980s. It breaks down and they just don't pick up the trash that week. They don't call or notify you. They do stuff mostly by hand, so their people are pulling individual trash bags out of your can (that you provide yourself). That means that trash really needs to be bagged. They sometimes miss loose items. We used this company for years, but after missing us last week we have decided that it is time to move on to a different company.
