+ -1 moreWe needed more storage than just our ever-shrinking garage so we began getting bids on an 6x12 shed. Our HOA stated that it could not be stand alone structure. Of the three bids we recived, Steve submitted plans that adequately passed HOA recommendations and was within our budget. We are very pleased with the final structure! It looks as of it's been there all along and is as solid as it can get. Steve and his team were very great to work with - we highly recommend SHC and plan to hire again for future projects.
Description of Work: SHC built a 6x12 storage shed to HOA code in June of 2012.
