Great work quick and good clean up

Impressive and Reliable. 6 giant wood piles were cleared from my property in less than 2 hours and within 24 hrs of my initial contact. Efficient. They were tidy and kept it tight. Courteous and Professional. The owner was on sight and showed expert guidance, which kept everything moving. He explained the operation of my yard clearing in detail and guided me on things to further enhance my yard. The workers were skilled, congenial and kept to task. They offer a variety of services and have local connections to get my other projects started. The prices fit my budget and they are coming back next week for my deck painting and tree trimming because I want to be their permanent client now. Highly recommended and so glad I found them on Home Advisor.

I wish all contracting/service companies were as professional, courteous, and accommodating as Chris Henderson @ Southern Blue Lawn and Landscaping. In addition to excellent customer service and advice, Chris and his crew were always prompt (a rarity these days), receptive to any concerns or questions I had, and offered recommendations to make my landscape more attractive. Chris also provided me pricing that was extremely competitive for the work accomplished and ensured that I was completely satisfied before finishing the project.

I called a number of tree companies over a month after a snow storm in our area and only two responded in a timely manner. Chris called back immediately and provided a very fair price and same-day service that enabled me to finally get the job done. Much appreciated!

I hired Southern Blue to remove some branches hanging over my roof, take down a tree in my back yard, remove branches on other trees to improve the light, and generally clean up the existing trees. Being on a budget, I was concerned with what it was going to cost me. The price was very fair for the work. Chris and his crew showed up early, went right to work, and finished the job in no time. I was impressed with how hard they all worked to get the job done. I would bring them back, or, recommend them anytime.

They came and gave estimate of the Magnolia tree and the branch from the oak tree that came down from the ice and snow. It was a couple of hours later and they were back to do the work. There was three men who worked on this job. Excellent team work. They cut, trimmed and carried away all limbs, branches, leaves, etc. They did a excellent clean up. They will be coming back to do the stump and clean up a little debris that couldn't get up with the ice and snow. It looks a lot better now. One of the men shoveled the driveway of snow and ice too. We are both handicap right now so is was very appreciated. Very friendly and professional employees. Excellent job!

The quality of the work was excellent. It is a very busy company with multiple projects going on simultaneously, thus there were some difficulties with timely communications between company and customer. This needs improvement.

Promptly took down the tree as promised. Still waiting for the stump grinder and estimate for planting a replacement. Stump grinding completed.

Cut down a large tree, a large limb of another tree, and did trimming of several other trees. Cleaned up very nicely. Friendly and professional. Changed their availability to accommodate our needs.

We initially spoke with Chris on Wednesday, October 17. He said he would be able to finish the work on Friday the 19th.During our initial discussion I mentioned to him that someone came last Friday to remove the branch from the roof and we turned them away because they did not have the proper equipment. Chris said that he could finish the work on Friday. However on Thursday he visited and said that since he was there he thinks that could remove the branch. I said I would prefer for him to work on the roof when I'm home. He later spoke with my wife and mentioned that he could finish the work for $350. My wife later called me and told me that they had a ladder leaning against the gutters. At that point I decided to drop everything and rush home. When I got home I saw Chris and his assistant working on the roof from the back of the house. I mentioned to him that he did not have an extended latter that we talked about on Wednesday. I also asked him how is it that he, being a lawn and garden person, is now a roof repair person. At that point he stormed off and left. We took pictures that we sent him taking minutes after they left. They showed damage to the gutter in front of the house. There were some damage to the front lawn where the branch that they pushed off the roof was laying across the walkway. As a lawn and garden people they left the branch in front of the house. Before leaving Chris also promised that if there was any damage to the gutter he would have to replace them. We need to follow up and to have this matter settled finally.

They were on time and were able to do the work the same day in an hour they had taken down the trees cleaned up everything and even blew the leaves off my driveway. Can’t say enough about what a great experience it wS

Came earlier than they thought. Went right to work. No muss no fuss. Professional and couteous.

Very friendly setting up the project, quick too. My only issues were the laborers who came left part of the tree still there due to my neighbors having some wires around it and he came into my garage to let m me know they were done and knocked on my door smoking a cigarette which stunk up the place for a bit.

I inherited a house and couldn't get insurance on the house because of the hurricane, so I called Chris and he went out there in the pouring rain to check out the house and found the problem. His people came out the very next day and spent four hours to clear off the limbs over the house. They were professional, friendly and outstanding. I would rate way beyond 5 stars.
