I had a retaining wall that had broken pretty badly on the corner over the winter, a step that puddles and some cracks that needed repairing. Dennis was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He came out promptly to give me an estimate and was very reasonably priced. He explained everything to me so I would understand. We had some rain issues scheduling (nothing to do with him, just bad storms for about a week) and he kept in touch and was very considerate of my time. When he came to do the actual repair he was fun to work with, knowledgeable and kept me posted on what was going on the whole time. He was so nice and did a wonderful job. His work was amazing and really looks great. I would definitely hire Dennis again and again.

Dennis is easy to work with and kept us informed frequently about his schedule and plans for our project. He was very considerate of our schedule and went out of his way to avoid inconveniencing us. We can tell that he is very experienced and completed the job as if it was his own place. The patio and walkway look great - even better than we expected. We would definitely recommend Dennis to anyone looking for a concrete contractor.

We recently had Reid Constructors, LLC complete the installation of a concrete walk way at our home here in Williamsburg. Simply stated Dennis Reid did an exceptional job. The walk way is perfect in appearance. The preparation prior to, and after pouring was exceptional. Additionally the concrete mix used was of a very high quality. There was no damage to any existing shrubs or lighting. Very professional and do not expect Dennis to arrive in a BMW....

Dennis was great. We have a problem with a very poorly designed culvert under our driveway that clogs with leaves multiple times every fall and winter, often eroding the driveway. He met with VDOT to see what options there might be for a bigger pipe or a double pipe. In the end we decided to build-up the driveway so that the water flowed back toward the street and across the driveway (rather then down the driveway). He was attentive to detail and gave us several choices of stone. We now have a new driveway that is graded properly. The price was reasonable for the work involved. I would definitely use him again.

I called Dennis Reid about a large soil erosion and drainage problem around my house. He responded to my voice mail right away and came out promptly to look at the problem. I got a written proposal, along with references the next day. All the references gave excellent reports. Dennis did the work in two days and it looks great. He even came back a third day to replant some azaleas that had to be moved. I highly recommend Reid Constructiors, LLC.

This is to correct an error on my part. I submitted a review which says they do not have a license. I have found out since this is incorrect. They do have a license with the state. The state website did not return this when first used it. I don't know why, maybe I typed something wrong. I have not had any work done by them so I can not verify there work. They have been very professional in my communication with them and they supplied a copy of their license for me to see. Did not use provider. Sorry for the mistake.

Mr. Reid showed up on time, gave a prompt estimate, had good ideas for improving the project, and followed through in exemplary fashion. The finished walk was perfect - better than expected.
