Description of Work: My agreement with Catherine when she started cleaning for me a few years ago included top to bottom cleaning; a rotation system was fine. She and her crew did a good job for a long time; however, in recent months I was only getting what I call the "Molly Maids" approach. I had to leave notes for what was not done during the last visit. Also, Catherine was supposed to provide all supplies and equipment but she recently asked me to buy a specific product for her--and I found her using my vacuum. I think the problem was one of complacency after cleaning for me for so long. Since I tired of writing about what needed to be done--or wasn't done-- I simply told Catherine I would be taking care of the house myself from here on. I would appreciate it if you would not tell her any differently.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied with her work. She did a very good job. When I always go home, it is always fresh and clean. I can leave the key to her and I am not afraid of her taking anything from me. I can trust her. It just comes with the time with her. Every time when I come in the evening, I know she will be there. The first few months, I was there at home to watch her and to make sure she does a good job in my standard. She is easy to come in and work. I just have to tell her what I want and she will follow through every single time. It just never fails. She does a really good job. She is very polite. If I have moved some things and I am not able to find it out, then she will tell me where it is. She has become like a friend. Her price is reasonable. There are some time the same people who would come out or two or more people cleaning the house and the price stays the same.
Description of Work: I hired Peninsula Cleaning Service for housecleaning around 2009. They cleaned the bathroom, did the dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, and laundry.
